Hey Ron great vid, one observation, clean everything as you go, you may have done this just not shown it on the video, for example when you reamed the bushes, clean the reamed hole free of any fine particles of removed metal, as that’s what the reamer is doing, before inserting teeter bolt, you don’t want fine metal shavings in there rubbing away 😊

How does the stick control pitch and roll? This isn't like a helicopter is it?

Great video, but wouldn't you want an A&N nut thats certified. Maybe just use one more thinner washer if you need to get the rotation for hole line up proper. Then use a proper certified nut with some blue lock tight and then the proper pin or clasp.

How often do you have to replace the bearing on the rotor head? That bearing fails in flight or starts to seize up I am thinking you're screwed. Also what type of bearing? Just curious.

If you get a spiral tap, they will start straighter. The cost difference is very small. And the risk of damaging the rotor head falls off by a magnitude.

The sleeve cut should be installed sideways, not vertically. I think you made a mistake.
