1 tbsp- lasoon(chopped)
4 nos- tamatar (chopped)
Salt to taste
2 nos- tamatar(grated)
1/2 tsp- haldi powder
3 tsp- kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp- Dhaniya jeera powder
1/2 Cup- Water
1 tbsp- Gud (jaggery)
2 tbsp- Fresh Curd
1/2 tsp- garam masala
1 tsp- kasoori methi
Fresh Hara dhaniya (chopped)
Hot water as per requirement
1 Cup - Ratlami Sev/ Moti besan sev
Kathiyawadi Masala Bhakri
1 Cup- Wheat Flour (bareek)
1 Cup- Wheat Flour (Mota)
5 to 6 Tbsp- Oil
1/8 tsp- Haldi
1 tsp- Kasuri Methi
1/4 Cup- Fresh Hara dhaniya(chopped)
1 tsp- Green chilli paste/Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp- Garam Masala
Pinch Hing
Salt to Taste
Water as per requirement
2 tsp- Oil
Ghee for spread (on top)
