No they don't know everyone killed. They only know what's reported by a family member or medic. No one in Gaza is really able to tell anyone much more than its just constant bombardment and trying to get food water and sleep. And tens of thousands are injured.

The hostages were held in smaller groups. There were so many strikes and bombs, they had to move everyone around. Many people have no idea where their family members are or if they were killed and under rubble. So, keeping track of the groups of hostages and their fate would be very difficult.

The Palestinians have lived off world donations and generosity for three generations. The Palestinians grow nothing and make nothing other than weapons of war. Before the war Gaza GDP was US$60 per person per year. All these trucks of food have been flowing into Gaza for over 75 years. Palestinians have no future because they work for no future. Their big plan is to take over Israel and steal Israel assets and economy from the Israelis. It is an alternative reality with no traction in reality.
