Love this accent. Good points about the anti-rotation stability. He correctly identifies that lower is lats and higher is rear delt.

If the back is supposed to be in neutral (vertical) position, as demonstrated, then why is the chest pad tilted forward? How does a forward lean so that the chest is more fulliy against the pad (as seen in other non-OEM YT vids) change the muscle engagement, if at all?

Is this kind of like a single arm dumbell row? Can I replace that with this?
