Hamza! My son is 18. I am 39. He has had a very hard time over the past couple years and he started showing me your videos and telling me this is hat he wanted. You are very wise for you age… well really any age. You have articulated to him in a manner more coherent then I could’ve with the wisdom I was trying to pass to him. He is now a member of the cult. I wanted to give you my thanks. A lot of prayer. A lot of meditating. A lot of restless nights. He is on the right path. He’s not out of the woods yet, but he will be. I wanted to let you know, you had a part in it. Thank you.

I had a female teacher in middle school who was one of my best teachers. When she saw me and some of my friends playfully fighting during recess, instead of trying to stop and punish us; she told this to the gym teacher and signed us up for the wrestling team in our school. She found a professional and healthy way to redirect our masculinity and I am very grateful for what she has dome.

That's great, but contrary to what Hamza is indicating, this is what every pedagogue is trained to do today. I know, because I am one. Another thing I disagree with is that you call this urge to wrestle a _masculine_ urge. What about that is masculine? Little girls enjoy wrestling and testing their growing strength day by day too. Again I know, because I work with kids.

@@somedudeok1451 I had my primary and secondary education in Turkey where things were different I guess. When we, even playfully, fought each other we were generally punished by our teachers and what she did stood out amongst my other teachers. And I mention masculinity because this video was about masculinity and I was trying to show an example of how I redirected my energy into something good. Ofc girls can do this as well even though none of the girls in my class were interested.

@@16personalitieswberk4 She definitely sounds like a woman who took her profession seriously. Many teachers don't and I imagine in more conservative countries like Turkey, punishment is still one of the main methods of raising children (even though there are better methods available). Yes, this video is supposedly about masculinity. I watched through all of it and one of the many problems I have with it, is that Hazma seems to fundamentally misunderstand what masculinity is, even though he proclaims to be a messenger on this topic and a hyper masculine man himself. But in truth he is just very fragile with lots of toxic coping mechanisms and little of what he says makes sense. I could go into detail, but...

I'm 18 right now and I'm just gonna give you my upmost respect for recognizing that every man's peak in testosterone and masculinity potential is around mid to late teens. But there are people who are much older than you who also wish that they started somewhere in their twenties. I see 14 year olds here who have already started and I'm like I wish I started back then too. We all have different journeys and we are all being set up for the moment that we decide to make the change in different ways and stages in our lives. Always be grateful for your position. Imagine that you're 37 years old and you haven't been on self improvement for the past 10 years and wasted a lot of valuable time. Then you took a time machine and went back in time 10 years to 27 years old, you're younger and a lot more energetic, where you can now decide to live the next 10 years the right way, exactly how you want it. Little do you know that time is now. Let that motivate you King 💪

I'm on a dopamine detox right now that was recommended by Hamza and I just want to say: "Do the hard work especially when you don't feel like it" should be tour mantra! Yesterday I did a list of goals I was planning to do today but when the evening came, I realized I was too tired to do workout that I also planned. I wanted to break my rules and play GTA5 instead to 'relax' but then I remembered that I didn't need to _want_ to workout, I just *had* to workout. So I did the workout and it was so productive that I feel even more energized than before it. Sometimes your mind tries to cheat and tells you that videogames will make you relaxed. However, your brain will work the same way (or even harder) and by breaking your plans, you'll feel even weaker tomorrow. Don't let your bad habits control your life, make yourself proud instead even if you don't feel like it c:

Thank you, Hamza. I am 15 and recently moved to a public high school to seek a better education in the engineering field. I have begun to realize over the past few months how ungrateful my generation is, and not only the men. In my school, you come from either the rich and successful part of town, or what's known as 'the ghetto.' Yet with this diverse background, nearly 80% of the students are all ungrateful, disrespectful, and blatant jerks, no matter how much or how little they come from. I come from more of a successful background and up until recently I hadn't been the most grateful for what I have. I am blessed with two loving parents who both didn't grow up with much; my mom grew up in Iran during the 70's and 80's, and my dad was a local tobacco farmer up until his 20's. They both have worked their asses off to get into college and graduate to make six figures and provide for a family of their own. I have realized how my own two siblings have become lazy bums and won't work for shit. They have become bottom feeders off of me and my parents. Hamza you inspired me. You inspired me to burn off the fat, to build muscle and testosterone, to be a better man; And I thank you for that. I strive to still become a better person and to encourage more young men to focus on themselves, and work to be a better man. Thank you Hamza, and God bless.

It’s tough because a lot of men FEEL that they aren’t living how they naturally should be, but they don’t know anything else. Everything in society has become so fluffy and pussified, but it began when we were babies. Realizing that you’ve been living a lie for your entire life is really tough to understand and it flips your whole worldview. Changing this mindset can be slow or it can be fast, but it must change.

I’ve been struggling with porn and video game addiction all my life which is an ongoing battle right now. Also, doing the good habits that are good for me, for example: Exercise, journaling, following my passion which is music production, getting into martial arts/tricking, eating clean, spending time in nature, etc. At the end of the humble day, we all need to progress through delay gratification in order to grow and enjoy the fruits of our labor. You can become strong and high status and still don’t get women interest because of your physical features it’s just true and you can’t deny reality. But the morality of the story is that wether or not women like you you need to get stronger for yourself. You are already all making yourself weak by focusing your thoughts on women as if all you do is centered about how to be the man women like ... Why don’t you think about being the man you want ? About being and doing what you really want to do without thinking of women approbation ? If we follow your philosophy you are all beta males for wasting time listening and reading content to please women lol, you become slave of this shit content and therefore a slave of women. These red pill channel are for loser people who spend time here come in the hope to have a girlfriend lol but why don’t you just forget women if they don’t care about you ?

Every worry, every aspect of my depression came up from within myself and seemed to be eating me alive in that bad trip. I remember screaming, absolute pure agony, being pulled apart my giant spiders, and seeing my best friend who had helped me through everything being eaten alive. I spent the entire day yesterday screaming and crying with anxiety. The guilt I felt was excruciating. How could I have done such a thing? How could I have lied to my parents about my drug problem and left them thinking their son was okay? I couldn’t bear not to tell them what happened. Today is day one of self improvement. Im taking back my life no matter how hard its going to be, or how long its going to take. Im going to leave my shitty drug friends behind and spend time with my friends who care about me. It took me a while to start making progress towards becoming more masculine.. but the moment I realised that discipline could be seen as synonymous to masculinity, it changed it all for me. Discipline is the most important precursor to doing any of the actions that make you more masculine. Without discipline, you'll only do the right things when you feel like doing them.. You'll go to the gym like once a week. You'll work towards your goals for like a day, and then for the next 3 days, you wont. There's a chance you don't even know what you want to do, you dont even have a goal to strive towards. Even that is because of discipline (or lack of it, to be precise.) Your brain knows that it doesnt matter whether you figure out what you want to do with your life, or not. Either way, you're just going to lie on your bed scrolling through KZfaq comments. But once you're disciplined, you're like that bull just looking around for the red target. As soon as it finds it, it charges towards it. So your brain in strongly incentivised to help you find a goal. Start valuing Discipline in yourself. Strive, not to never feel like fapping, but to resist that urge every time it comes. Strive, not to wake up every day with motivation, but to have days when you don't feel like doing anything, but you make yourself do them anyway. There's a reason Hamza's tagline is what it is, because it truly is the most important skill you will develop on this self improvement journey. So "Do The Hard Work, Especially When You Don't Feel Like It."

Stop your bullshit , so many men are weak and still have a girlfriend. You don’t need to be a super strong masculine man to have a GF all you need is to be a decent human and be good looking enough. Hamza is a liar , even if it’s good to motivate men but stop lying about what women prefer. These kind of people are a direct enemy of knowledge because they bend reality to get more views. This is a joke , you can always take actions but blackpill explain that for a category of people even if actions are being taken the results won’t happen because of their physical appearance ... No women want to be with a man below 5.8 ft or it’s extremely difficult it’s a fact. If your goal is to make money by making men delusional go for it. The sin is not taking a man’s hope but lying to men about reality for your own Interest.

I got sober from a crippling opioid addiction when I was 16 and now everything seems easy as fuck compared to that. No fap no problem, dopamine detox without even breaking a sweat, putting in the work for yourself will put everything in perspective. It'll make you realize that the most difficult of tasks can be accomplished with the right mindset. I don't regret shit because now I know almost nothing will ever be more difficult in life than making it through day 3 of un-medicated hydromorphone withdrawals. Everyone has a vice in their life to some degree that will provide a similar effect. I can't believe I have to say this, but don't do what I did because I only was able to quit because I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity. I highly doubt I would be getting that lucky again.

He has many flaws but I don’t think we in the western world realize how lucky we are. When my parents went to Mexico in 2011 they went to a poor area in Mexico and were shocked and fed them. Don’t make excuses and Don’t forget how grateful you are E.A.H

I realized that I am addicted to the 3 things mentioned in the video, I took the "Depression and anxiety self-assessment quiz" and I got 15 for depression and 12 for anxiety. I didn't realize how bad I am until I saw this video and decided to take the quiz, I am going to eliminate the 3 addictions and take the quiz again in 3 weeks. I will update this comment. Update: Depression 10 and anxiety 3. I am definitely much happier than I was before but I was not able to completely eliminate all 3 addictions. The first thing I did was uninstall instagram but I noticed I started spending a lot more time on youtube and I couldn't quit porn although I try not to make it an everyday thing, the big change I made was signing up for jiu jitsu 5 days a week, this made me not have time to play video games and it definitely helped me a lot with anxiety fighting everyday for 1 hour lol, when I go home after fighting all I want to do is eat and go to sleep early, I have no energy left to do the bad habits.

There is a difference between being a victim to uncomfortable emotion and transcending them by pushing through them and facing them. I see so many people now a days being a victim to discomfort. Push through give yourself permission to feel, but don’t make an identity out of it. Identifying with emotions is one of the biggest traps right now.

I love that everyone here is improving and striving for more. I believe many young men including my self are lacking self respect. The reason why you don't go to the gym, dont study, dont eat healthy is because you don't care about your self. If you truly have self respect you will have extreme ownership and will realize that your goals are not just goals. They are a matter of survival. Here is a interesting thought, you don't need discipline if you're in survival mode. This is why I think that: This weakened I decided to get out of my comfort zone by going on my first solo hike. After I reached the amazing view, I went back and somehow missed the trail where I parked my car. I didn't notice that I missed my trail until an hour in and was on the other side of the mountain. I had no map and didn't save the location of my car. There was no cell signal and my phone was almost dead. In a forest everything looks the same. I turned around and started to retrace my steps. Thankfully, there were other hikers passing by and I asked for direction. They showed me the map and I saw how far I was from my car, it was at least another 2 hours. I was heading back until I came to a T, where the path splits. I had no idea which one was the right path towards the parking lot. At that point I knew I was lost. I was in the middle of the forest having no clue where to go. I didn't care how dumb I looked, I stood at the T until a group of hikers passed by and I asked where the parking lot was. To my relief those hikers were just starting their hike and were coming from the parking lot.... The point is, I would have never experienced this if I didn't go out of my comfort zone. There were so many important lessons to unpack from this. Here are two important lessons that I will remember for life. 1) Treat your goals as Survival, you are on a journey of life. If you are lost you will do anything to find the right path, else you will die. When your mind is in survival mode, you dont care what others think about you. You are fully focused on finding the correct path (your goal) no mater what. 2) Men PREPARE. If you are underprepared you will get wrecked by life. You will be unconfident in what you do because you dont prepare. Preparing is studying, practicing, training, ect.. Learning these lessons in real life is that much more valuable. I didnt expect to write a whole story, but here it is. Go out there and become a Warrior! LETS GO!

8:20 This is true. The biggest hindrance for men being productive and regaining their testosterone for a better masculine frame and character, is social media, porn and video games. Even myself, I struggle with social media addiction and video game addiction. If I'm not on social media. I'm on a video game or working. This makes me less productive then I'd like to be and I hate it. I really need to change and start doing something differently. I've even been exercising less and I hate it. It's time I start doing some self evaluation and work on my masculinity. I used to be really talented at drawing/sketching. So much so, that I could design skyscapers and stuff like that. Now everytime I draw, my fingers get wonky cause of the constant button mashing on the controller. It's time for me to experience my form of discomfort so there can be progress.

Change your depression into anger, anger is not inherently bad, there's a reason that you best progress in the gym or at work was just before you punched your coworker in the face. Anger is that drive and most men cannot handle the amount they're body gives them, so they're labeled with anger issues. Then they're conditioned to remove that anger completely and what's left is a weak male with no individual drive that'll do whatever he's told just because somebody said so. Your anger is not an issue, it is not the problem, your lack of discipline and self control are. Improve your mental health by making your mind stronger, not by crippling the other parts of it.

" The way of the superior man " - David Deida I am again suggesting everyone this book even when Hamza made videos on it because this book is really life changing in terms of :- Part - 1 : The man's way ( 15 rules for men ) Part - 2 : Dealing with women ( This part teaches you some characteristics of feminine women and it help you understand them and deal with them) Part - 3 : Working with polarity energy ( this part will help you to understand the masculine and feminine energy which are the exact opposite similar to the north and South Pole, Yin and Yang ) Part - 4 : What women really wants ( the previous part and this part combined will give you the complete idea about women and what they want) Part - 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 : Here Part 5 will help you to know your Dark Side, part 6 will show you the feminine attractiveness, what 7 actually shows off some body practices like ejaculation up to the spine and finally part 8 actually gives some ideas about Mens and womens yoga of intimacy. I think that this content list will encourage you to actually buy that book and read it, this is very important for this generation of men to read this book at least once in their lifebecause now all over "Weak Men "

Hey Hamza, I'm about the same age as you and I've been watching your videos for about a year now. When I was a kid growing up, my five brothers and I would just play video games and consume art for hours while trying to be the good kids our mom wanted us to be and not be like our "big bad father". As I got older, I realized how much of that narrative was one sided and false. The way I grew up was making me weaker. I had a lot of angst and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. A year and a half ago, I moved out of the united states to Germany during covid lockdown. It was my first time moving out of my home state let alone country. That was a hard time for. My spirit and mind were really tested. I felt like I was in the hyperbolic time chamber. I learned a lot about myself and realized how flawed and weak I was even though I thought I was strong. I had to learn harder discipline and detox dopamine just to keep my mental health from collapsing. Your videos were great to watch during that time. I agree, alot of men in our generation are very weak. It is very concerning. Sometimes I look at some of my brothers (older and younger) and I'm very concerned for them. I'm not sure how to tell them they are walking on the path of weakness. It's a feminine world right now and these are indeed privileged times. I aim to continuing getting stronger to be motivation for them. People around me notice the growth after walking this path. I thank you brother.

Hamza, it is alright to be confident and proud of your achievements, but arrogance is a path no man should tread. It makes them complacent, and become a person that is objectionable in their morality. A man that is humble-one that doesn’t have to flaunt their achievements, but unintentionally shows those achievements in stoic silence-is the way of Adonis. Good job on your growth, but do not let it get to your head, there is always something we can learn from others

I don't get this vibe from him at all. While telling us, the viewers, that he is indeed proud to be and considers himself superior, he also mirrored that same thought with the sentence that there are plenty of men "better" than he is. Men that he, himself admires and respects. He's trying to instill some aggression into us, some pride, some competition. It's not flaunting, it's not complacency. It's the revelation to other men, the viewers, that they can be the same. That they can achieve a level of progression they can be proud of. That's the sentiment i get.

What's weak about femininity? These both ''energies'' exists within all of us. I understand what you are saying though. With most certainty there is a specific group of people that benefit from your knowledge. All people are to be respected no matter where in life they are currently in. The hardships and lessons looks different. humility is a virtue. Essentially what you are teaching is about changing behaviors and the subcounsious patters that arises through living in a state of constant reactivity, impulsivity, in regards to how one person feels. Its a sickness, absolutely. Addiction is a golden ticket through the depths of ones painful darkness. And that is a darkness that's desperately needs your love. I think you would benefit from being more open and understanding to the men (or people at large). It's about where your heart is. Firmness comes in different shapes. Masculinity is not just about growing in ''size'' or going to the gym. There are different men and different women and between the two exist an infinity of different people.

I'm teaching myself and my younger brother to me more strong and masculine. He's 12 and I want him to be raised in a masculine way. Like you raise a man . I'm teaching him how to mew . Teaching him posture. Working out and he's doing pushups. Made light dumbbells at home for him so he can shrug to build traps . Trust me when I say this "he's going to way way ahead of the curve . He will be God among other teenagers. Trust me . Allah help me in this project.

I heard recently that a way to build up the upper pecs with pushups is to move the body forward when going down and backwards with going up (in a controlled manner) and to do a similar motion with the bench press, it it's true and he starts doing that at 12 he'll have the body of a Greek god.

I've had to admit, and tackle my social media problem, I'm 39, quit porn at 23, felt right, quit video games 24/25, felt right, the sneaky fecker enjineers of social media platforms makes it hard, it felt difficult to delete and not look at instagram for a week, and im.back at it, I need to get angrier about it and feck it off, and weed is another one, the productivity I had the other week was immense, though there's still SO much ground work left to be done that weed and social media are making me feel ill, really, i feel physically sick about it, so it's time to kick the shit out of these habits.. SET GOALS! Be disciplined

the student-teacher analogy you made at the beginning really made me realise how feminine most of us have become, i've gotten on self improvement since september and i've had a few encounters with female teachers where i knew i was right and i was ordered but i kept my point since i knew they were wrong and everyone was so surprised like "oh look he isn't just submitting because she said so".

I passed the shit test with the teacher telling me to sit down and be quiet and laughing in her face, then my parents loaded me up on medication when I was a little kid. Imagine pumping your kid full of drugs to make them easier to deal with. Gotta love the modern era.

I absolutely agree Hamza, being weak is not progress, we will otherwise stay the same, stagnant, I now know I have to do the things that scare me. Thank you so much, the world is brainwashed right now, I really hope our generation and next generations do better.

Hi Hamza, I wanted to tell you that there are also a lot of weak even younger men out there (Teens) that also have these problems with addictions and not mainly 20 year olds. Thank you for making these videos and please keep making videos for this newer generation that I know will have the same problem. But I think it will be even worse for them, because they have been exposed and brainwashed more than the 20-30 year olds to the modern world. I hope you see this comment

Last year I was a gamer. In the summer vacation, i played for 4-6 hours EVERY DAY. I was trying to become the strongest, the best, the greatest character in a videogame. Now, I do the same, but in real life. And gosh it feels so much better. I wish I didnt waste all this time in the past, and i can only imagine what I will be like in the next 2-3 years. Younger me would be proud.

This was very good to hear. You are right about this generation of men are weak. They lack discipline and when they don't wanna do something e.g. going to the gym just because they don't fee like going, they won't go. This has encouraged me even more to get on my masculine side.

Bro what the hell im 18, soon you will realize how lame your comment actually sounds. With broder experience, you will realize that social status dosent matter especially in school, be it middle or high school. Just try to have fun with your life and act like a kid, you dont need to be productive at this stage of your life. Try to enjoy as much as you can cause later people lay too many responsibilities on you and you end up feeling this pent up rage towards yourself for not experiencing childhood the way you shouldve. Try to stay away from too much internet especially from self proclamed gurus like hamza, and actually go and talk to your father and mother and bond with em. Im just saying bro, you dont need to work that hard-

I practiced working out every single day for past 1 year. I got in good shape but I WAS NOT HAPPY!! Now I know why, I only used working out as a way to escape the reality and not studying. I didn't do what was necessary so I am sad and depressed. Man should never seek escape!! That is what I learned. Escape makes us weak!! I am not to escape anymore!!
