Hey guys, I enjoyed your reaction! First time watching the channel. I’m 53 years old, born’n raised as country as it gets. Country folk are simple, we do what we have to and keep to ourselves, for the most part. But we would give you the shirt off our back, if need be. It’s just how we were raised. I’m glad you liked the song, it’s an anthem for us hillbilly’s. I would recommend, you react to, The devil went down to Georgia, by The Charlie Daniel’s Band. I think you will thoroughly enjoy it. Merry Christmas to y’all, stay safe and God bless. ✌🏻❤️

Loved watching you both react to this classic :) A country boy can survive, but let's not forget about us women! We can cook anything from scratch, raise a family, fix just about anything that's broke, keep a clean house, work a job and keep their men happy. It's all about working together as a family unit. Wishing you both love, peace and blessings!

For those who feel the need to inject race here... I'm a country boy from Tennessee. The most country kid in my school wore a Co-Op hat, had a belt buckle the size of a car hood, wore boots and was black as all get out... Country aint about color, it's about community

Most of us country boys are raised and molded around this song. Fishing, hunting, farming etc.... "Yes ma'am and Yes sir" is a way of life in Tennessee. We take care of our own and always open the door for a woman. Country boys are tougher than shoe leather.

People from smaller towns tend to be close knit. They care about each other and take care of each other. In bigger cities they just don't do that as much. When a disaster hits, it's the country folks with their boats and big trucks that can get to people and help them. My mother and her boyfriend were rescued from his house during a hurricane by a family nearby that had a canoe and a jacked up truck that could drive through the flooded streets where anyone else couldn't. My truck couldn't have gotten to them without me being swamped. They got them out to a main road where I could pick them up and take them to my place.

My Uncle Priest was like that from Northwestern Arkansas. He lived off the White River, He ran Trout lines, catching Fish. Skinning and Grilling the Fish that he caught. He could catch a deer, Kill, Skin and cook Without a Problem. Basically what im saying is this..... A Country Boy like my Uncle before he passed on knew how to live off the land and take care of himself and his family. My Aunt cooked her own Eggs that was hathered in their Chicken coops that ghey had at their home. Where it says thet Hank would shoot the guy that killed his friend. My uncle Priest, Tou came messing around his home and he didnt know you. He wouldnt hesitate to greet you with a 12 gauge or one of his hunting rifles and find out what you thought that you were doing on his land so yes A COUNTRY BOY CAN Survive

I am from south Alabama and live outside of the cities and towns, it is the safest place I can think of, neighbors know each other and I would say most of us dont worry about crime. there is no crime out here, you dont pull into a driveway if you dont know the owners if you dont want to look down the barrel of a shotgun. And there are alot of wealthy people out here that are the same way. I could never live in a big or small city.

@jesseduke6947 ай бұрын
@livefreeordie4586 I hear what ur saying brother but I dont want to jump to a conclusion so fast & have her already condemned in our thoughts. I believe she is uneducated on fire arms based on the one comment but it could have been a stumble of words. Or even if she doesn't have knowledge of guns, it's ok. It's not required. Some people in some places of country simply don't have them & have never been tought. That isn't their fault nor is it wrong. I understand, probably u & myself have been brought up with guns being in close reach almost everywhere we have gone since we have been 7, 8 yrs old for some. Our parents taught us to respect them as a tool, also if used incorrectly we had to know the dangers. They exposed us & tought us. We now as adults are very comfortable with them. They are part of the environment of what is our homes. But many do not grow up that way. We have to remember that. And it's not worse nor better, it's just different than us. And being naive about them shouldn't mean they want us to not have our guns. Some people do think like that, but I can't assume that. I didn't hear her say that. Being naive just means u havnt been tought yet. I'm sure she has interests that she is very good at & I know nuthing about. And we have to remember, even if her views are of what u mentioned. If we can show by example. And have understanding, and teach. Then they might see like we do? We have to give people chances. Chances to learn. Chances to be wrong & then more chances to possibly change their minds. I feel everybody is so eager to condemn & wanting to be harsh. Not saying you was that brother, but if u been paying attention u know what I'm talking about. We are all supposed to be on the same team. Our individual rights are for everyone. Not just those that we are comfortable around. & Nobody Ever has to nor should they, ask for permission to use their rights or be whoever they are. That all anybody should be, is who they are. That's the best anybody can be. Sorry bout the book I wrote here. But I had a thought & saw a opertunity.
@WThomas667 ай бұрын
They just need information. The fact they are reacting to this song is a good thing. Yes a .45 is a handgun. He even made the gesture with his hand. This is my first time seeing you guys and I wish you all the best. But I have to give you some good advice to get a faster growing youtube page. Do NOT stop the video more than once. You ruin the experience of the video for yourselves and especially for those who watch your video. It is VERY annoying for most people who like to watch reactions on youtube when the reactions constantly stop the video to talk. THE EXPERIENCE WILL BE RUINED. Have a nice day and I'll see some videos from you guys if you've taken the kind criticism to heart. Remember, pausing the video several times will cause your channel to grow more slowly.
@JS-TexanJeff5 ай бұрын
You can always watch the original video. The point of a reaction is to the reaction of the hosts....which requires and stopping, and going back sometimes. My favorite reactor is The Charismatic Voice....she stops CONSTANTLY and explains what is going on or what she just noticed, and then goes back. and then goes back AGAIN. She has over 1.5M subscribers....
@roykilgour97905 ай бұрын
@@JS-TexanJeff Holy shit. It will never be one I want to see. What do you get out of a reaction that doesn't hear any of the song because they would rather make totally unnecessary comments that they themselves would realize were unnecessary if they let the video play a little longer. Those who stop the videos constantly never get the point or the experience of the song. How are they supposed to... they can't get the point and the experience because they stop the videos before the point and the experiences seep into their brain. I and many 1000's of others do not like those reactions. But if you do yes ok.
@JS-TexanJeff5 ай бұрын
@@roykilgour9790 I don't get why you and 1000's of others don't just watch the original video then. ??? What are you looking for in a reaction? If it is a 9 minute video ( Ren, or Led Zeppelin, or Pink Floyd, or Lynyrd Skynrd, or whatever) how can any host remember everything to sum it up and give their reaction at the end and provide worthwhile analysis? Rick Beato (3.5M+ subscribers) also does this....I'm not understanding why you are watching reactions if you don't want the host to react. ????
@staceyward777Ай бұрын
Why does she keep talking about rifles in this video, i.e. "you can't walk around with a rifle like that"? The only mention or video of "rifle" is in the chorus "I've got a shotgun, a rifle, and a four-wheel drive". Her stupid fingernails are almost as long as some rifle barrels I've seen.
