The Famous Hannibal For King Demonstrating a more advanced version of the last workout routine he shared with us • Hannibal For King Work... . Hannibal suggests to stick to the first routine for at least 6 months to a year. Hannibal prefers doing everything with a coos hand grip because of the way it sculpts his body. He says lock out on all the workouts which means perform full range of motion. This routine is the same as the first one except you want to go higher on the pull ups you want to aim to get your waist to the bar. For the dips he suggests lean as much forward as possible, this will help with anyone working towards planche dips. For the push ups he does diamonds but keeps one leg raised really high in the air. Halfway through the set he switches to the other leg. Hannibal doesn't like letting go of the bar.

Using your own body to move through space definitely didn't start in ancient Greece. The books might tell you that, cause it's all eurocentric but humans been always doing some kind of physical activity to strengthen the body.

This is real, functional strength in the human body. I've lifted HEAVY for 20 years, and could barely do 20 push ups. Numerous injuries, always tired, and felt like shit every day. No energy. I wanted to start wrestling again because I was tired of the weightlifting lifestyle and feeling like shit all the time. The first time I tried Hindu Squats, it took everything I had to do 70, with breaks in between the reps. I couldn't walk for a week. That's just my bodyweight. I got back into wrestling and I was gassed after 30 seconds. A 145 pound wrestler kicked my ass and pinned me. Here I was, a 270-290 powerlifter with a 650 pound deadlift, and I couldn't do shit other than lift weights up and down. Now I start every day with the royal court, and skip rope. My conditioning and power have increased dramatically already and that same guy who smoked me on the mats, now I pin him. I spend way less time lifting weights, and more time training with my own bodyweight. I see myself giving up weightlifting altogether in the future, and doing calisthenics for good. With bodyweight training you develop insane overall body strength, lung power and heart conditioning, flexibility, and a very symmetrical look to your body. If you want to be super strong, and heavier, eat more. If not, eat less. It's pretty simple. I feel like a gorilla who can do whatever he wants to do. Fight, climb trees, run, swim, roll around. It's awesome

No legs ! in order to make so much high bar exercises, legs have to become thin( they become anemic) and it does not contribute to a symmetric body at all. There is an excess of focus on the upper body and zero concern on lower body. THE LOWER BODY IS SACRIFICED AND THEREFORE BECOMES WEAK AND ANEMIC! i DON'T need to see his legs. it is obvious they are thin like woodsticks as if they were not relevant, AS IF THEY DID NOT EXIST and it's damn ugly .A LOWER BODY IS AS IMPORTANT AS AN UPPER BODY! THIS IS CALLED HARMONY.

I love his approach and philosophy! "That's the way i do it! You can do it the way you want, it's just the way i like to do it..." With all the clickbait, broscience and optimisation all over the fitness industry this kind of approach and philosophy of working out is soooo refreshing! There are various ways of working out! And there are various goals for working out and how you do it depends on you, your goals, your preferences and your ressources like time. There is no ultimate way for all of us and we need more of the diy- and each-one-teach-one-ethics in fitness! Full appreaciation!

It’s been a awhile and just started 3 weeks ago officially getting into working out. Chin ups and pull ups .. my morning routine .. 1 pike push-up 1 diamond push-up 1 normal push up then 1 wide push-up.. rest 10 secs.. add 1 rep tot each till you finish all the way to 10.. you add 10 secs each time you go to the next set.. only could go up to 6 since 2 days before this did push-up to failure.. am all over the place but seeing improvements on my back💪🏽 love how you keep everything simple.. takes time to get where others are and can’t wait to be on your level💪🏽

Hannibal has a talented looking push-up I will try in the near future. The reason why those push-ups stuck out to me is, with leg in air - 'notice' the straight back and ease on his shoulders and tri-ceps. The resistance is now Hannibal's advantage and his upper body shows the results.

Actually he doesn't have chicken legs, he has a very balanced physique. Stop the roid accusations, he trains hard as you can see. Bodybuilders couldn't do pullups and bar work like this guy! He has long limbs so his legs might not appear to be as big as some roid meat heads in the gym, but most likely has strength and definition! I have a similar physique and my legs are muscular but not wide and bulky. Long limbs are hard work!!

"If you ain't locking out, you ain't doing it." Realest statement ever, 80% of these Calisthenics guys (especially weight lifters) don't follow that motto.

Cropsy81 lock out so you can strain your joints and have less tension on the muscle? yeah sounds like a great idea.

You don't want to lock out when you are lifting weights because it takes the pressure off of the muscle and secondary muscles have to come into play, overall losing blood flow. They both have their pros and cons!

*The generaI idea of the F4X system is that you start on one phase and progress through each additionaI phase. That being said, not aII phases have to be used. Once you’ve reached your desired fitness goaIs,you can use the Maintain phase to keep what you’ve acquired.I can’t comment too much on this at the moment,as I’ve yet to have a need for the Maintain phase.Thanks...*
