Thats cool Hans was behind that Sardaukar voice too. Denis' decision to make that the opening sound of the movie was genius. Just instantly gets your hairs standing up hearing it in the loud cinema.

What I love most about his interviews is that he always mentions everyone in the team and their respective roles that made everything happen. He always mentions each musician and artist by name, emphasizes their efforts, and says “I am Hans Zimmer, and this is how WE made the score for Dune” in interviews.
@RobinJakobssonАй бұрын
That really is Hans greatness. He finds and works with exceptional talent. It is never a one man show, but seems to be a rather exploratory process.

This man’s so chill. Having an intellectual conversation in which the other person is basically praising his greatness, while he sits in his study and sips a glass of wine.

Honestly, the theme of Paul coming to the southern Fremen, "Arrival", is an all-time classic of movie music. Unbelievably powerful story telling with just a simple and strong melody.

What a splendid interview with Hans! It was a real treat. I listened to both movies soundtracks after seeing Dune: Part Two and it definitely put me in awe and brought back memories of the films. I loved how during this interview how we got to hear some of the music too.

It's such a shame that one of the most powerful tracks on the entire score (the second half of Only I Will Remain) was left to 3 and a half minutes into the end credits. That specific half of the track should have been the score that closed the film.
@vervor2 ай бұрын
I think it’s kind of fitting that the closing credits hint at how big the story beyond this chapter is… it really is only the beginning

That was the one track I listened to before watching the film. In my head I was imagining a whole sequence of Paul gradually ascending to the throne, everyone bowing, an intense closeup of Paul as he accepts his destiny. When I realized it was just the end credits music I felt a bit foolish haha.

"Countless" means "Too many to count; innumerable.", it does not mean "a lot". The number of Zimmer's film scores is not countless, they can be counted very easily; they are all listed on his IMDb page, as well as in other places. Please don't use words inaccurately.
