My narc wife refused to discuss something long standing and started the silent treatment and raging yesterday. Always does before any day important to me, holidays, etc. I spent the day alone, as I have for the last 10 father's days. It's better than with cruelty and drama. This will be the last father's day I spend with it ruined.

Hey, can I just say, they will never talk about that long standing issue and if they do, it won't go well. They way to closure with someone who won't be held accountable,...well, here's what Jesus showed me.. go to the exit door. Walk through. Close the door. That really helped me as I always thought if I could just get the narc to see what they did then I would get closure. Until i realized that closing them out and not thinking of them is closure. Well, I just wanted to share that, and so glad your father's day was narc free!

I have been triggered by Father's Day. NOT because of my wonderful, kind, hardworking dad. But my narc father in law and his passive aggressive acts toward me caused me great anguish. I have been trying to distract myself from thinking about it. Not sure why it is so bad today. I don't have anywhere to turn.

I wish You Andrew a Happy Fathers Day 🙏🌹 My Father died for many years ago (2006) and in Sweden we celebrate this day in November so my Father had to wait a couple of month until I celebrate him 😅 Namaste 🤗

My kids turned on me, they don't love me, they carry their mother's last name. I loved them, financially supported them , however was not allowed to fully be with them. I made bad decisions on choosing their mom's. I love them but I wish I could have a " Re-Do " on my past life! Man did I make some bad choices....
