When you can’t feel there is no pain. The narcissist cannot feel the way you feel. They are people that are hollow or shallow. There’s nothing to them. They mimic back other peoples emotions. They copy peoples love they copy peoples empathy. They copy peoples commitment they copy peoples Beliefs. You can feel. That is why when the relationship ended you had to process things. You had a slow your life down. You had to heal and take time away from people. This is the healing path. My hope is your healing and or you have healed. Leave the narcissist in the past, they can’t change. They can’t grow all they can do is look for unsuspecting people. Sending positive energy and strength. Namaste

Narcissists are predators. Narcissists are very good and faking deep pain and being deeply offended to make you feel guilty and keep you subjugated. Narcissists want to own, destroy, and discard. That is why it is so important to detach and stay detached from narcissists forever.

The narcissists are cold hearted people. And one of the things i hate about them is that they project their lack of empathy and feelings onto other people. Especially the empaths. It is a passive agressive thing to do. It is flat out violent. They are so jealous of others and want to destroy us. Have a lovely afternoon Andrew 😊💜❤️

Some narcissists will admit that they are evil and demonic. However, narcissists can feel no real pain; just anger when they lose control. Narcissists pride themselves at causing pain for others. When they can no longer hurt others, narcissists often go into terrifying rages and melt downs.

@@ganymeade5151 Yes, It's all about control. They mirror you to get inside your"camp," but will never figure out that I mirror them back. No- not mirroring their lies and manipulation, but devaluing them as "lesser than" as they do to you. A mirror reflecting itself will produce no image and nothingness, exactly what the relationship is or was. My control? It's to maintain my boundaries, which is to never let them in. Yes! Exactly! They never call you by your name. They usually invent and possibly call you by a nickname, and that's rare. This is how they want to let you know that you are a person without your identity, without your desires and needs. It is also a form of control.

I snuck out of the house while my husband was gone. That was on Easter Sunday. I blocked him and filed for divorce. The court system is so slow...still waiting for the hearing to get him out of my house. It's non-marital and he has no claim to it. So, he's living in my house, and I have to wait for a hearing. I'm working on my healing, but feel I can't really heal fully until this divorce is final. It's frustrating. He stays in my mind because I'm waiting for the divorce to be over. He's already running an ugly smear campaign and mutual friends have abandoned me.

I'm going with Florida law that states he would have no claim to my place as it was mine before I met him. That makes it a non-marital property...We own another property that was purchased during the marriage (I've made all the mortgage payments) and that will be divided as it is marital property. I must admit I don't trust him at all...

Incredible. How can the friends not see that he’s living in your house and refusing to leave? Who sides with a squatter?? I don’t know how they do what they do to people’s minds. Stay strong. I lost my entire “support system” in my divorce. But I realized they never were actually supportive of me. They were secret haters. Let them go. Realize that losing fake people is a blessing sent from God. One good thing that narcissists take from us is the fake people in our lives. BUT the male narcissists are gold diggers. He is plotting on a way to take both houses from you. Do not hesitate to get a very aggressive lawyer. I underestimated mine. He stole my business (solely funded by me) in the divorce.

My dad died 2 years ago at the age of 94 he married my narc mom& he did so much for her & my 2 narc sisters. One of my sisters is a golden child & the other is a self centered narc too.I am the empath & the truth teller. I have always worked & tried to do what was right never took money from my hard working dad but my two sisters were always there to take from dad . They always had short term jobs they'd quit but dad would always help pay their expenses & cars ( they expected it). Unfortunately he sacrificed so much of himself giving & giving & giving. I live in another state & I keep my distance from them. No one wanted dad when he couldn't walk & was suffering from dementia he was useless so my sister got power of attorney put him in a home & he died there alone & both my sisters lived less than 30 minutes away from the home they did not sit with him when he died. Evil & selfish I pray they will repent & change even my narc mom.

14:06 Narcissistic tears. She did cry in front of me.. out of frustration. Before I knew anything about narcissism, I saw that she was not invested in the relationship.. as Andrew often says, she was punching holes in the boat. I withdrew emotionally, and would not allow her to manipulate me, I didn't take the bait when she wanted to start an arguement. I went stoic. And THAT is why she cried. She lost her supply, tho we were still living under the same roof, tho she slept in my bed each night, like strangers. She lost control of me and that narcissistic rage was the very last straw. I asked her to leave my home. And it was mine... she didn't work, she had no income. She had the best narc supply she will ever, ever have in her life...I was grade-A Prime at that time. And she destroyed it herself by pushing me away.

When I was in my 20s I bought an electric typewriter which cost a lot and my mother took it and gave it to my older sister and I always wondered why. Then my grandma made a quilt for me. And my mother gave it to my niece. Yes, It seemed like what I had, my mother took things and gave them to some others in my family. But I changed that and I give to others. An acquaintance gave me a book and it was written in different language. It was quite neat. I never had anything like it. It also has taught me to learn different words in a different language. This acquaintance also understands narcissism. Andrew, I am so glad how you say be who I am.

When I was a little kid, most of my belongings would disappear. I always thought it was the house that was taking them. Many of the items, I never saw again. I just accepted that there was some strange Bermuda Triangle in the house. I would search and search, but never found them. I do suppose now, that one of my siblings took them. So much of my childhood does not come up again in my mind. I just learned to not be materialistic, and to live in the present. In a way, blessings. In regards to tears, I was not allowed to cry as a child, at home, or at school. It is rare that I can get out a few tears. Movies will bring them. Last year, my doctor said that tears release toxins from the body, so they are good for us. I was really proud of myself when I could squeeze out three tears. I did learn to be resilient. I'll take that blessing. In thinking about it, the not being able to drip tears was way too much grey rocking in my childhood. Got that skill of not letting them see me bleed down well. No not a normal childhood I now see. A childhood that went with the 1950's and 1960's. I have always known I was a huge sponge inside for the emotions of others. Did not know I was an empath until last year.

My issue was, I cry too much. I couldn't sometimes get myself to stop crying after the narcississtic relationship. So much trauma, pain & suffering. A lot of my life. Sad, being lonely or, depressed from the past trauma. But, when I'm not crying a lot, that how I know I'm healing and doing better. I'll count the days or think back to the last day I cried. It helps to cry and get it out. Then, I feel better. But, it can get bad, hard to control. I can't stop the emotions and crying. Have to work on it.

Andrew, i can tell you went through it. When i was living with a narcisist, it was like hell. It is hard for us ‘normal’ people to comprehend someone would actually be so evil as to try and break another person’s soul over a prolonged period of time, but i realize that now. I dont know how i survived, maybe one day i will share my story as well. You are saving people from literal hell on earth by making them understand what narcisistic abuse is. Omg, Andrew you 100% nailed. When I moved with my parents/family, my mother and stepfather threw away all of my favorite toys and read my diary and got rid of it as well. Wow. It’s rare that anyone covers this particular segment so I really appreciate you doing that today. Thank you.❤

100% Andrew! narcs cheat their way through life! The person they cheat the most is themselves, but that is too much for their pea brain to comprehend. Went to a concert last night. It was wonderful to experience without the narc ruining it for me. I walked away happy, satisfied and content. Another feeling of freedom. My precious Father let me go away to college and stay in a dorm the summer my narc Mother was trying to give me a nervous breakdown. When I came home at Christmas break everything and I mean everything of mine was gone - she threw it all out and gave my room to her mini-me narc golden child little sister. I hated that room anyway. A narc is a narc no matter what form they take in your life. Remove all toxicity from your life, heal and live your best life. 💜

They feel nothing....I was in the room but he didn't see me...I spoke but he didn't hear me....he took my energy and left me questioning my very being, my reality. Now I'm free... nothing quite like it. I know who and want I am and he only stole me for a while.....he's gone 🌑👿

I remember taking a narcissist to the movies, this was something I thought was good "quality time" together. They would always sit silently, checking their phone, feigning attention here or there. Then we leave and immediately they are ready for the next thing. So exhausting.

I read this about living with narc after many years. It goes like this..people say your see your whole life pass before you when you die. In the case of living with the narc " their life" passes before before you. 😢

The nex in my life never cried. He did try to “share” the blame. It was never him, it was always “we”. My anger is what saved me. He tried to get me to meditate for separation from my feelings. His thought was that we both needed to separate from our feelings. I am so appreciative of my feelings. They saved me. I hurt, but that’s ok. It’s normal & natural to hurt when you are treated like trash. The anger gave me the strength to walk away & block him. I hold my feelings very close. All of them. They are MINE. He can go pound sand.

The narcissist gave us a great gift...suffering and knowledge. Plus it's better to love and lose etc. Suffering produces growth and wisdom. Thank you, narcissist! I recommend the Ram Das channel for further spiritual awakening content. It's excellent, as is Andrew's. I feel like I'm your brother Sir. God bless, keep fighting everyone. Hi Andrew… I don’t know you or your experience but I know, you know exactly what you are talking about. People can call others Narcissist easily when they are just bad people. But when you have experienced a true narcissist there is no doubt about it. You have helped me so much because everything you say is my relationship with my mother. I am now 61 and after all these years trying to have a mother I realise I never had one… I have now faced and excepted I am alone in this life and it is OK. 😊 your channel helps people and I wait to the very end every day, because I love to see your smile before you finish. Have a great day 🤗

I would H8 the way Narcspouse had the whole "Stop me before I get worse" or "I can't control myself!" attitudes. For a person who calculated and planned and conned and maneuvered expertly, only to conveniently claim a lack of control to escape responsibility... were moments of the most refined Bullshittery. 😤😡

Tbh I feel as if the movie example was kind of a bad representation of empathy because that “empathy “ felt from the movie was artificially projected from the movie to the person crying at literal acting from what I’ve observed true empathy comes from understanding real life situations on a personal level without judgement on one’s self or on another and yes it starts with emotions but once evolved it has to be logically considered

Thank you It will be almost be 2 years, since our sons girlfriend hasn’t contacted us in any way. We haven’t even met her family. We found out her Mother passed away months after her passing. Our son has been with this “speck of dust” five years this November. Sadly it seems our son has changed to be the same. To me God is the one that’s helping me to be strong. I’m not the narcissistic person. I pray God is guiding our son in the right direction, sadly I don’t think he’s listening with his correct organ. 🙏

“They did not want you to have your identity” - I have a pretty family name ( or so I’ve been told). He only called me “ Gus”. He said my name was just silly. I believed the lie that he was the most important person in our family. It was all about him. He trained me to be everything for him. I’m out now. It’s too much work to groom my replacement- it’s not worth the effort to put in the time to recreate what I was for him- so he is alone. And boy is he playing the victim.
