That didn’t strengthen her case it actually goes against her reporting the car stolen which it wasn’t, a rental car that a day late or in this case hours late is absolutely not a stolen vehicle🙄……..for one it’s a civil case and not a criminal case which means it’s a contract case, she knew exactly who has the vehicle and that she authorized her to have it! 😒👈🏽

Everybody is talking about “ how she’s proud of her situation “ . I don’t think that she is proud, I think that she is AWARE of her mistakes. And she Presented her case well !

And with the way that since this seems like she doesn't lie when she goes to court I believe that she didn't get her kids taken away from drugs that she got them taken away because she was in jail which does happen more cases than none and that they terminated her rights and she probably had a crappy lawyer who didn't tell her that she could appeal and get her kids back cuz she seem like she could take care of those kids she seems like she's a functioning addict and addict yes maybe not even she probably sniff Coke once in awhile I know a lot of people I even double dinette back in the day you know does it make you an addict just because you sniff once in the blue it means that you're going through some type of issues that you need to work on you know like I don't do it now I have a kid now so I'm definitely not going to do it now I'll smoke weed you know all day everyday I'll smoke some weed shoot before I go to work after I go to work you know as long as my baby's taking care of she said she closed she happy and I'm not smoking around her she don't need nothing she could you know but I believe the defendant is telling the truth when it comes down to her kids that her rights were terminated because if her rice wasn't terminated I feel like she would have her kids with her but she seems like she's on a better path she could have been doing way worse you know she could have been in an out of jail you know could have looked real cooked out drunk and everything like a lot of addicts be coming into that Court looking and what not she she got like you know how much pressure it is to be a chef she has a chef job and she was able to give her that plaintiff a car to rent that was under her name now I don't understand how a person is calling a person that is helping them a crackhead when that crackhead is the one who you need help independent on now either you are on drugs plaintiff or you need to get on some type of drugs meant for your mental health because baby you got anger issues like no other you talking about yeah I was draining her and yeah they would have came to my house I was going to get my bat and knock them out like you're violent you talking about how she's violent but you are literally talking about how violent you are doing the whole entire case then you're proving her case when she's like oh I sent them the next day because you're talking about how you're not going to give me back my keys to the car that I got you for you to get what you need to do and is that you calling her all types of names and threatening her life like how did I make sense I hate people like that I remind me of my daughter's cousin you're like how you get mad because you get told the truth but then you want to be going off on people because you can't handle what you're doing wrong I don't get it just because you are a good citizen and you don't do drugs or you have your kids don't mean that you're a terrible person you are a terrible person cuz if a person is loaning you something you give it back on that correct time fragment because you're messing up their credit and once that happens they get to sue you now I doubt you want to be sued for money that you could have just you know not have to do when it was an easy one two three type situation all right is the 7th I'm going to give you back your car right now there you go thank you nice doing business week I do this again one day you know could have come to professional but no and in the text she's calm like the definition if you were never said that she did Coke once in a blue and everything like that you would think that the plaintiff was on drugs the more easy going person I honestly would be more of a friend to the defendant than the plaintiff because the plaintiff is just annoying little a******

Despite her addiction, I don't get that she is a bad person. Her demons, her battle. She's not here suing someone that's dead wrong. And y'all ate the bait the deadbeat plaintiff was throwing out. Her status with her children has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT TRICKSTER TRYING TO GET OVER. Just because one has custody of their kids does not make them a good, responsible, reliable person as is proven with this case.

@@LeRoszay It's actually not an unnecessary debate or drama. I am extremely anti-drugs (coke, weed, heroin, meth, etc). Not the point. Many people in the U. S. A. from all walks of life use and abuse (there is a difference between use, abuse, addiction, etc.) and do not lose their children or suffer overly adverse effects. You are making an unfounded and unproven connection between the defendant's use of cocaine and the loss of her children. The very reason she couldn't rent from Enterprise was because of late fees, she told on herself what a DEADBEAT( since that's the operative word here )she was by NOT paying her late fees so she could rent again. @@latonyasmith4395 let me tell you something, as someone whose passion is to advocate for ppl who cannot for themselves, but also has a lot of social work experience the odds can and are stacked against a person within the system. That can be for an adult or child. Why do you think you see so many cases about children who were abused until their very death had several reports leading up to their death?!?! Children who have family members i.e., maternal family members, or the bio-dad, within their immediate family don't always receive the help their family needs bc it doesn't make the state their money bc 8/10 times the family member will not receive state money to take the child, and so, therefore, the opposite would be that of a child who has no family. That child has a high-risk chance of being stolen by the system for higher. A child with no father to exercise his rights is the perfect target. I could continue with several scenarios, so don't be so foolish as to think these crimes don't exist. I believe in social that advocates for the child and their family. Not every branch within the agency practices that. Follow the money.
