Sad days for an Arsenal fan. Arsenal losing to Westham was a shock. In the last years, no club that lost more than 2 matches became champion, and Arsenal already lost 3. The team still struggles to find rhythm with all the new signings and also has defensive issues. It's definitely not only Zinsberger's fault, but now she also faces strong competition with the signing of Bouhadi. Sad also to see Jen Beattie leave after so many years. I wish her best of success in the NWSL. Heard it now for the first time that Meghan Klingenberg and Ingrid Nilsen are a couple. So excited for them! I also watched Ingrid's iconic coming out video when I was still struggling to come out.

oh wow yeah When sarah and I watched Ingrid's video for the first time we were struck by how honest it was. I know how hard it must of been for her but she was brave and helped alot of people! Like you it helped Sarah and I too! thank god for youtube (and now other social media!) Sad for Arsenal's woes but they always are fighters till the end! I do wonder if Bouhadi will be in contention for Number 1 now?

Bay FC also signed Deyna Castellanos from Man City. Shame how Gareth Taylor wasted her talent, the same way he wasted Rose Lavelle. Hopefully Deyna can reach her full potential alongside Jen and Oshoala.

Honestly, i think I may have to ditch Casey’s team and become a Bay fan! Kudos to them for the signings they’ve made (lol though, I still think of Jen as being a CITY player!! 💙). The new Expansion teams, over this past few years, is showing the rest of the world how it should be done, re Women’s football! 👏👏👏👏 *had to laugh over the affirmations: could you imagine Keira or Lucy saying “You’re brave, you’re beautiful..” to her new colleagues? Keira would be like “I’m English, i’m Northern.., i’m gonna punch you on the arm to show my affection and i’m so not gonna say that! 😨” 😂😂😂.

I was happy West Ham won. They're fighting for their lives and I love the idea of Kristie playing there and if they get relegated, I can't imagine she'd stick around. I did see Lisa had left the team though. Ingrid Nilsen and Meghan Klingenberg.... is this real life? WOW. Who would have ever put those two together. Jen Beattie and Shannon, I'm calling it right now!

Yeah I felt bad kind of rooting for West Ham but Realistically For arsenal to win league it was going to be very tough so this may of been the best outcome! west ham is further from relegation! And Yes Kling with Ingrid! I was shook! Two worlds colliding! And IM here for it! OMGGGGG YESSS SHANNON!! She has a podcast I Jen should go on! I could see sparks fly!

Yes! So true! when I woke up I was literally shocked! The chances of them winning the WSL were slim now that looks like a distant dream which is kind of sad. But upsets in sports are what what makes sport fun!

Hello Sarah and Sara. I saw Jen's leaving video. I enjoyed watching her play in the Champions League last year. Arsenal are full to bursting on squad numbers, so had to make room. They are in danger of having a Champions League squad and not even in the qualifiers for it at the end of the season. This reminds me of Manchester United men. That in turn brings me to my commenting all over that their women's team could do with someone like Asisat Oshoala since they lost Alessia Russo to Arsenal. The WSL's loss is the Bay's gain. I am subscribed to a channel from Kansas, but their UK audience is not really into NFL. In UK football is what this channel does.⚽️

OMG I didn't even think about that!! They need to get back to Champions league!!!! I hadn't even thought about that! OH wow I keep hearing NFL is getting bigger and Bigger in the UK?! I like baseball more than NFL but any sports is always a fun time! Oshoala is going to kill it in the NWSL so excited! Its going to be a fun year!

@@SaraSarah Someone from my neck of the woods, called Catherine Warr, started doing more than just local videos and did one on when the UK beat US at baseball. As for NFL, to me it is a bit like Rugby League, which folk in the north like, but NFL fans seem more in London, where they played games at Tottenham's stadium and Wembley. Rugby league is big in Australia too and their women's team are awesome. I commented on Ella Toone's channel, that an athlete like Oshoala might be found in that sport. Some of the Aussies in WSL seem to have come from that background from watching videos about them arriving to play here. A video on how Rugby League started was one of Catherine's most watched. The first champions were Manningham, where I grew up. They changed sport to become Bradford City FC. Recently, she did a video on how the first "Western" film was made, not in US, but in Lancashire. Just imagine John Wayne in a flat cap. It reminds me of a comedian called Mike Harding, who used to sing "It's hard being a Cowboy in Rochdale. The spurs don't fit reyt on my clogs".

I did feel a bit blindsided by Beattie leaving as it came the day after the WSL transfer window closed. But with Williamson back Arsenal had a lot of CBs
