A video version of Fresh Bush and the Invisible Man's song 'Hard Times.' The song was originally just released as a single and no music video was ever made.
The majority of the video is from Bush's 1992 State of the Union Address. However, others include his 1991 State of the Union, his 6 February, 1992, Cleveland, Ohio Speech about his Health Care Reform Proposal, etc.
