Just seen the section about Jack and want to encourage all the guys to reach out for help if they're struggling. Just texting someone to say you're going through a tough time can make all the difference because it's in the silence/darkness that shame rises. But we have the power to get rid of that shame just by normalising asking for help. You never know, by asking for help yourself, you might be giving permission to a friend to open up to you about something they're struggling with. That's worth the risk. You've got this ❤️
