If it wasn't clear before what an absolutely insane physical feet this whole challenge is (which it should be), the fact James was pretty broken after 60km and Guus was utterly wrecked after 108km, for Russ to then do 60km again on top of that. Genuinely unbelievable. James has been class, good to have Stan back. Russ keep going you machine

The editing of these videos makes me think that running 50-60k is easy and takes about 20 minutes. I went for a run around my local park today and did 1.6k. I felt knackered and gave up! Might be few years off a 60k!

Antibiotics are for bacterial infections not viral but that’s definitely possible given the fact you’ve had street food and such! Glad it worked !

Anyone else notice how Russ has matured, and come out of his shell ? Hes dropped the ego, and has a fun personality as well as discipline. I never realised he was only 26yrs old. That explains the early behaviour which as a woman, i couldn't stand. I thought he was an absolutely fuxkwit in the first few weeks 😳. Im full of respect now, and dont want it to end.❤

I was part of a bike trip along the elba river, and because of an accident i sprained my ankle bad at 715 am. We didnt get to thr hotel u til after 6pm. I was able to just barely keep it together, but when my roommate asked me how i felt i couldnt speak. I tried to say im fine but i started bawling instead. Hardest day of my life for sure.
