In this video, we will be exploring the topic of fluorescent microscopy. Fluorescent microscopy is a specific type of microscope that utilizes the power of fluorescence to visualize small specimens. In this video, we will discuss the difference between light and fluorescent microscopy and the types of fluorescent microscopy. After covering this, our video will also lay an overview of the history of fluorescent microscopy and finally the real world applications.
This video was made by McMaster University students Jananey Rajagopalan, MD Tamim Adnan, Myra Bhatti and Ritika Khetarpal in collaboration with the Demystifying Research McMaster Program.
