■ Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
・Yam: 250g
・Salt: a little ・Pepper: a little ・Ginger (grated): 1/2 tablespoon ・Potato starch: 3 tablespoons・Salad oil: Appropriate amount Topping ・Toasted seaweed: Appropriate amount ・Wasabi: Appropriate amount
■Preparation ・Cut the seaweed according to the size of the Chinese yam.
■ How to make
1. Cut the yam into cubes. Transfer to a bowl, add salt, pepper, ginger, dashi stock granules and mirin and mix, then add potato starch and mix further.
2. Pour a lot of oil into the tamagoyaki pan and heat it up. Cover with aluminum foil and bake on low medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
