i watched the first half of this last night and the rest this morning and wow what a let down. I cooked up this entire theory that the book turned people into vampires and that was what made it so cursed and to resurrect himself he'd have to turn himself into a vampire and spend his immortality protecting the book with his son. I play a lot of Artifex Mundi hog games on my switch. They’re the perfect games to play on the sofa when my bf is playing on his Xbox. The developer often has sales on a few titles at any one time so usually no more than £2 a go when on sale. I wouldn’t pay more for them than that though. Super little games, I love them! Lol

As a lactose intolerant person as well, the cheese very much matters. Different cheeses are easier to digest than others. You can also take lactase pills (name brand is lactaid) that make it a lot easier to digest dairy in general

Different cheeses have different amounts of lactose as the lactose is broken down during the aging process. Another possibility is you actually are sensitive to the whey protein which is also found in different amounts in different dairy products. Some milk brands will filter cows milk to remove the lactose if you still want to have it. Also otc lactase (the enzyme that helps break down lactose) pills can help alleviate any symptoms if taken directly before eating dairy.

HOG time, it’s HOG time

i am semi lactose intolerant. i've grown up eating cheese, butter, yogurt, drinking milk, etc. but it was only after having kids that i started having issues, and only sometimes. i can still eat/drink fine, but some times if i drink milk in the morning just after waking up, i'll have issues. but cheese and yogurt is still fine and i can drink milk with dinner and just before bed. i also have acid reflux/heartburn and actually the milk helps calm it, which is why i drink milk before bed. pretty strange no? lol

28:33 - I assume this comes up later in the video, but the Braille seems to say: dave1iam yourgrandpa4 The numbers might be another symbol, I used a website that translates english to Braille and then used the output of the alphabet/numbers in a Braille font to compare with the symbols on the page. Numbers seemed to be in a smaller grid there so I don't know if they are normally put at the bottom part of the 2x3 grid that normal letters use or not, but the normal punctuation didn't match so I'm fairly certain it's the numbers they meant.

I have a question regarding the youtube stats. I often have watched videos from streams or VODs before they come to YT (like this one!), so I usually don't watch them again here (right away at least, sometimes I rewatch favorites though), but I still tend to click the video open to like it and show support that way & show that I like the content. But now I'm wondering if that's actually worse than leaving it unopened if I'm not going to watch further, since it affects the stats about how long people watch the videos on average. I realise my individual like or watchtime does pretty much nothing lol, but I'm still curious. TL;DR: from the YT creator statistics/affecting the algorithm favorably standpoint, is a like but only a few seconds of watchtime worse than not engaging with the video at all, until maybe watching it in full later?

My youngest has been lactose intolerant since he was 2. He is 14 now and still loves everything he shouldn't have except for milk that hurts him too much. What we realized is high quality aged cheese does not mess with his stomach. Cheaper cheese always causes issues!

deadass feel that about having an allergy and never realizing it all your life. turns out im allergic to pineapple and cantaloupe, they make my mouth sting and give me a belly ache. i thought it was because theyre acidic lol and that it was normal until i mentioned it to a customer at the grocery store i used to work at and she gave me this very concerned look and said "i think you might be allergic". and like ive heard people talk about strawberry allergies that sounded just like what i had but apparently i needed someone to outright tell me that i was allergic to pineapples and cantaloupes for me to connect the dots and believe it lmao

Gosh I know when I eat cheese or have a milkshake its like hot lava coming from both ends 😭 hurts so bad but god do I crave it sometimes 😭 there are substitutes that I use like almond milk and olive oil instead of butter but sometimes... sometimes my body screams for cheese or a milkshake its a problem

I’m lactose & dairy intolerant as well.

You and I are in the same boat! I just recently found out I'm lactose intolerant. Cheeses are fine, but any milk is bad. I was getting digestinal pain that could be so bad I would pass out. Once I cut out dairy I felt so much better. I'm glad you were able to figure it out for yourself too!

I don’t know if anyone said but there is a lot of cheeses that are lactose free. I’m wicked lactose intolerant, I take all lactose out as much as possible (love cheese!!) or really as much as I care to. There is a once a day pill that is a daily probiotic with lactose support, it really works super well for me and everyone I know that takes it, there is a pill you can take right before you eat lactose that works awesome as well. They have gotten so much better with lactose free foods, fairlife is the best still milk lactose free milk- not sweet like most are, may not be in England though. They have a whole range of lactose free products. Ben and Jerry’s lactose free ice cream is so good. Also in hot tea love coconut milk in it, not all the time but it’s so good. Cold tea like an iced chai love oat in that, coconut is good in that as well, coconut milk is high in saturated fat, can’t stand almond in it though. When I became lactose intolerant at 12 was horrible which was 23 years ago (damn I always sound ancient when I say that but I’m 35) they had almost no products that were lactose free, so now I am about talking about them so people know there are options and to get people to buy them so that they keep coming out with more lactose free items and make sure you can get those items everywhere.

Hi Gab, if you are eating vegan I recommned using oat, soy, rice or pea protein over almonds protein. The almonds have a really bad inpact on the enviorment. I personally perfer oat od rice milk they are the smoothest. I dont mean to attack it was just a suggestion in case you are concerned about the enivormental inpact of what you eat. not all vegn food is good for the enviorment. Almonds use alot of water and a lot of land thats why it has a big inpact comapred to oats that can be grown in lager quaniteis on less land using less water
