Chronically feel the need to crack your neck for tension or pain relief? While Im not opposed to cervical manipulations, Ill do them with clients from time to time. If you feel the need to do it on the regular or it becomes a habit then itd be wise to look for other solutions. The need to have your neck or any joint cracked for relief on the regular is not a "solution" that some claim to be fixing...
