In this video I'm going to ride through the jungle and compare my Insta 360 cameras. I have the Insta 360 X and the X3. What do you guys think? The quality is noticeably better on the X3. I think the X3 camera is more expensive 📸 the video quality is much better given the shifts in lighting. Really cool stuff Rea, keep riding chill ❤ 😎 😊

You have a good voice, you might consider doing a little voiceover during the ride footage and talk about whatever is interesting to you about your ride.

3:54 You're slipping the clutch on 1-2 shift and 2-3 shift. It's not the end of the world but it's not right. Only pull in the clutch to the point of friction zone and only for a fraction of a second. When I am underway I only disengage the clutch about 70-80% on a gear change.

Wow, what a great place to ride! You are lucky to be able to ride all year. Wonter is starding here. You can change the EV on the Insta X. But obviously, the X3 is better since it is a newer model, and it got a screen! If you don't want to experience breackage to you hair, I would strongle advice to tie them up in a bun or with a few elastics... Ride safe!

It's a nice area for a ride. Perhaps lighter equipment would be more suitable in this heat. There are tops that only consist of a mesh and protectors (I don't know what they are called in English) you can just put over a long sleeve shirt. I've been driving for 19 years, and sometimes I still forget the side stand. There's no shame in that. Wish you always a save ride.

I'm starting to like the rear cam view. Feels like riding along behind you. Not sure if this was intentional, but some scenes showed when you upshifted (speed shots) we got the forward view, when downshifting, the vid switched to rear view.

Hi Rea and viewers. I came upon your KZfaq videos just yesterday. I am a novelist who is currently writing spy mystery book based on Motocross and sports bikes. Won’t go into everything regarding that other than to say I am not a rider myself. I am 74 years of age and was a college and professional athlete long ago. Your videos not only are helping me understand the shifting and riding…but are encouraging me to consider taking the MSF course this coming spring…and hopefully have courage to learn to ride. So to you and your followers…what do you think? Can an old guy of 74 years of age actually do this? Thanks for reading and look forward to hearing yours and others thoughts. Funny what adventures writing books will take you. 😂

@@Jscarbrough0718 thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Yes, falling at my age is always a concern. However, I have really been enjoying watching motocross and other riding videos to learn background for the novel. However Rea’s adventures of learning and riding have really been the most helpful for learning the basics. And though as a much younger man I would love to have gotten into motocross now that I know what it is… i do realize I am beyond that adventure. Going out for nice rides like this video displayed is where my personal desire for riding is now at this age. Thanks again for your comment. It helps. And the good news. I have only fallen about 3 times in my life…and all at much younger ages. On icy sidewalks.

To answer that, check your reflexes and eye sight, otherwise someone will get hurt. The rest are details.

@@Ice-Vtec eyes sight is good. I do wear bifocals but have good peripheral vision and clear vision with the glasses. Reflexes are still great. I do walk slower than i used too. Blame that on having taken Lipitor. That is a whole other story however. Really all in all I’m in good shape. And people think I am at least 10 years younger than I am. Not to jinx myself cause i have a 600 mile trip tomorrow, but I have never had an accident. 😁

Rea, the X3 mutes the excess wind noise, BUT, it "muffles" the Fisher Price/Playskool exhaust-the angry sewing machine sound coming from the O.E.M. exhaust pipe! The 360 x camera is good, yet, gives you ALL the wind noise. 🏍️👍😁❤️ Great product test, and, letting the viewers gives their opinion on the matter. Doug🇺🇸❤️

Couple questions. What do you use to record your audio narration? How or where do you set it up and line it up with your video? Also i hear your exhaust etc good. My exhaust seems to disappear relatively quickly thebfaster I go. I just got my m1 and 500se and i followed you from your first startup and friction zone fun. You definitely inspired me to go for it and stick with it. I also wish your videos were longer. It'd definitely benefit you I say. Stay safe 🙏🏻

Hi!! In this video all the audio is coming from my Insta360 camera! I switch between the X and the X3 but the majority of the video it’s the X3. For videos where I record a voiceover to play over my riding videos, I just record that at home on a RODE mic. That makes me so happy to hear that you’ve been watching my videos 😊 thank you for this comment! I did wonder if making videos longer would be too boring but I’m glad that you suggest to make some of them longer :) thank you & safe riding!

@RidewithRea duuude, me and plenty of people love to watch these videos and chillax on the couch or just let them play like TV, and 28min 1.5hr episodes are the best. When they're rushed you can feel it. I say more is more in this case. I think the more B roll you get the less rushed you gotta feel while speaking. But yeah share your thoughts and show us your world. Your mistakes your fun events whatever. I know I want to soon. I have the x3 as well and yeah I have some videos uploaded but thanks for the reply and again thank you for allllll the help.

Hi! In this video I was actually using the audio picked up straight from the insta 360 cameras! No additional external mic 😮 the insta 360s have great audio quality in my opinion
