Airwolf theme done by an actual orchestra is pure joy and beauty!

You are right. I was in love to him so much. And I was feeling Jan Michaels death. I was standing behind the window door of our kitchen on February 10th, 2019. Suddenly my eyes were looking up to heaven and I had the input that Jan Michael is dead. One month later I had to read that he really died on this day. Best wishes, Jana M. Walter

Moffett is terrified because he can Airwolf; Hawke has the expression utter hatred. 'I'm after you Moffett and I've brought the wrath of hell with me!
@francessweeney23085 жыл бұрын
The reason Moffet was driving so frantically was because he finally tweaked that if the FIRM had sent an agent to track his movements, they knew where Airwolf was and an attempt may already be underway to recover or destroy the aircraft. He also knew other than the co-pilot, Stringfellow Hawke was the only one capable of piloting the helicopter. However, despite abandoning his captive, Gabrielle and driving erratically; Moffet was still cornered and blown to pieces by his own creation. Personally, I cannot think of anything that could describe such poetic irony. Even if Moffett survived Hawke's onslaught,without the aircraft, his services would no longer be required. In fact he might find himself on the receiving end of a show trial, with a guaranteed conviction and execution by hanging. Unfortunately not the most humane way to die;it can take 20 minutes before the executionee dies. No embassy can intervene in the judicial process. They'll give you a list of lawyers who speak English,check on your welfare whilst in custody, remain in contact with your family, assist with obtaining replacement passports. They'll also support citizens who've been victims of crime and may lend them a small amount of money tide them over. For example,a cheap bed and breakfast or money to get home if their money has been stolen.

This is sad on many levels. The death of Gabrielle and the loss of the genius of Dr. Moffet.
@johnstaton8943 жыл бұрын
I'm not shedding any tears over the loss of Moffet. He was for sale to the highest bidder, and his price was odious. If caught alive, the firm would likely have bargained with Moffet, in order to procure more toys. Better he be put down, like the dog he was.

They used this *same music arrangement,* in the season one episode, *"Daddy's Gone A Huntin'!"* That's the episode, in which 'String' & 'Dom', go undercover on a USAF airbase to find out if a American pilot, is planning to turn over a newly developed US built fighter to the Soviets. In the course of their assignment, String 'learns', the pilot in question, is doing what he's doing, to get back a young boy, *who just might be HIS SON!* The really great music, that was used to *score the "Moffett Chase",* in the 'Debut', episode of the series, was used again, when String & Dom, take Airwolf into Soviet Russia. They go onto a Russian Military base. And extract the boy, and fend off the Russkies! With devestating effect!

The 80s was politically a sensitive time. We had the Northern Ireland troubles, Gaddafi and his cohorts were funding the various factions that not only feuding with the British ,but also each other. Airwolf came out just 3 years after the Yorkshire Ripper was captured and charged with murdering 13 women and injuring 7 others. The film was released at the wrong time in England, people were very traumatised by 5 years of fear . A movie with the antagonist getting off on raping, torturing and killing women was a bit too much.
