I mean it's HC, you should always be on the lookout for yourself, any of his groupmates coulda jumped off the ledge right next to them and hearthed while the mobs ran the long way round, they just chose the wrong decision If you don't want things like this killing you in your group just be alert of critters, know reset/jump spots like the ledge to the right of them, carry target dummies to buy time Sometimes in HC you gotta know when to play it safe and just run

@@moroth9541 When something bad happens you should work your hardest to preserve your character because some people can’t be helped, if everyone in the group was paying attention to ways to live they would have all made it out, it was stupid to make the mistake and it was stupider to just try and chadstand that pull with an oom healer and 0 dmg They definitely knew they were playing with fire having a comp like that, carrying a dps shaman when he should have just healed a different group, and bringing 0 aoe classes

@@moroth9541 to say that he should stick to questing while they were the ones that pulled in a way that created 2 deaths is a bit odd 1 or 2 people died because the other ones got themselves out of there while the dead ones stood still and let it happen The rogue didn’t play perfectly, but he can’t be blamed for a group of people that didn’t value their lives enough to try to live, they didn’t need the rogue to save them there because they could have done it themselves

@@moroth9541 They pulled the bug, but 1. Tank should have pulled pack back just because of its proximity to another 2. No one in that group had their monitor on to notice a flying bug 3. no one in that group had the roach weakaura (Warriors should because they most often use non-damaging aoe) The rogue couldn't have possibly downed that pack for them, their damage is already so low with blade flurry on the first pack that healer is half mana before the next pack pulls, then by the time rogue vanishes he's tanking 2 mobs and healer is oom because that warrior can't hold his threat at all despite the mobs hitting him for a good while The rogue didn't play perfectly, he could have spaced out his defensives instead of panick popping Evasion, Vanish, and Sprint all in the same burst, he could have widdled down a single mob with evasion up, but we already saw that his dps was so low that I'd assume he wasnt gonna be able to kill even a single mob in evasion, it would have ended in a vanish anyway just to reset threat so this bad tank could pick his shit back up, to which the correct play there with an oomed priest and shaman would have been to just stay vanished "he didnt play at all" it seems like you didnt watch the clip at all to see how much shit they were in before he decided to vanish

Like, if I see people attacking high hp mobs when there's a bunch of low level shit needlessly hammering a tank or something, I will just go and Hellfire that shit ASAP because I will take less damage from 3-4 trucks of Hellfire than the tank + wasted healer mana. I get half of people are dumber than average, but the stats on 3 dps should still favor you.

@@ubestknowme racials have been changed a lot over time to try to balance the classes and fight the meta but it never works. some problems are improved and new problems are created each time. so you don't like how it works in classic, that's your choice, go play classic wrath or retail. isn't it nice to have options.
