2 years ago I bought a 24 ft. Bristol in upstate NY. Took it to so. Miami by i.c.w. your " greeness" as ND sense of adventure reminds me so much of that adventure. Lost her ( Elfie) in hurricane Irma, one hundred miles from my destination. So proud of you two.

Your boat is not too gutted out to make a really serviceable cruising boat for you two. It will just take work and dedication and ingenuity ! Good luck to you! I have done this kind of project several times and you will be very glad you took her on as your cruising home !!

And the BRIDGE, FYI: The red and green lights on the underside of highway bridges are referred to as “obstruction lights.” All bridges, other than the “clear span” type, present an obstruction at their foundation and an overhead obstruction at some height above the navigable waterway. Here we are in 2022..... I went back and looked a finished candy factory condo's..... they look great, there is even the new elevator. This was such a great journey...
