We sure do. Because of insurance and Medicare time limits ,doctors are not able to spend enough time with you. They just want to write prescriptions and get you out the door.

Thanks for your elaborate introudction on how to deal with constipation, excessive gas, and digestive problems by ordered massage around the belly! And the massage points below the knee made me familiar to some extent that it reminds of the two acupoints in a Chinese medicine class, i.e., Acupoint of Zusanli (Foot Three Li), and Acupoint of Sanyinjiao ( Three Yin Crossing). And what amzed me was after searching the relevant data for confirmation, the two acuppoints can really do wonder in terms the gastraintenstinal problems. Thanks!

Extra tools if chia seeds might not be working some days as usual: Psyllium husks ( when flaxseeds is a bit slow to work for some People) - 1 pinch star anis powder Or Some licorice Root powder( 1 once max) .MINT (fresh from the garden is best, or kitchen window) Fennel seeds powder ground for more benefits. Rosemary infusion.Sage infusion .or coconut oil in morning mix.

IAfter my first meal 2 large Tsps of chia seeds mixed in some coconut milk and eat as a kind of pudding. Next day 9 or 10 am bingo. I drink also 2-3 quarts of water a day. Of course if you eat consipating foods like cheese the next day process is likely to be slower but chia will still work.

Thank you! I am on high blood pressure med and statin, 63 Y/O. I am very active and want to be even moreso. I have started to test weaning off meds above using olive oil, chia seeds and cayenne as you recommended in another video. I am keeping an eye on my blood pressure a few times a day and truly hoping to stabilize. I also quit my job that was very stressful. (!) Planning on at least a good summer off to get my health in order. While I do not have a colon (I had cancer, colon removed 14 years ago and doing very well!with "j-pouch") it will be interesting to try the techniques described. Subscribed. :)

I see a gastroenterology consultant and some fruit and vegetables give off gas due to fructose sugars so basically bowel problems don't tolerate so called healthy diets I can't tolerate too much fibre so I have to have a restricted plain low fibre diet and add fiber sachets to make a drink along with a bowel stimulation drink and a good bacteria capsule which has been of great help

In high cholesterol actually comes from a high protein in the body because your body needs alkalinity to break down those proteins as best it can and so that's why your cholesterol levels are so high because cholesterol is alkaline and protein in the blood is acidic so your body has to make up for the acids that have been put in your blood system by eating beef and other things like protein

I have a question you show so many videos about how to help with several disease. Which one is the most important one. I have a lung disease called ILD. I am very overweight. My whole body hurt.
