Measurement for one person.
1. Oats - 100 grams
2. White oil - 1/&1/2 teaspoon
3. Rai - 1/4 teaspoon
4.Gota jeera - 1/4 teaspoon
5. Kari leaf - 1 strip
6. Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon( very small pieces )
7. Capcicum - 1 tablespoon
8. Carrot - 2 tablespoon

10. Onion - 1/2 ( medium size )
11. Green chili - 1
12. Salt - 1/4 + 1/2 teaspoon& As per test
13. Ghee - 1 teaspoon
14. Coriander leaf - 1 tablespoon
