I read a book before bed and it helps to put me to sleep.

The main problem is waking up during the night to go to the bathroom.

No caffeine after 6 pm for me like chocolate,coffee.I get up once,twice to go to washroom at night being a senior.

Look, as the earth warms up, we are all going to get less sleep because its not as cool at night. You've probably already heard your friend or family member complain that it gets real hot at 3am. We have to fix this situation or none of us will be sleeping well in about 10 years here

Their commericals play on our heart strings and they are completely false. One new commerical says that we deserve medicine "no matter what our income". I actually talked to a Rep from Lily because I need a medicne that my NY State insurance will not cover becasue i have a rarier insulin issue. I have both a G.I and Endocrinologist telling them that I need this medicine and I cannot get it. This rep said that it all depends on the insurance and not something they control. She did offer to give me third party drug sites , but I checked those it is $852 a month. I told her that these commericals all lies. If they realy meant what they said, they would have assistance programs for people like me. LIES. AND I did mention to the rep that there is no disclaimer on theses commericals so they are open for a lawsuit.
