Mai apki bahut shukr gujar hun....mere bete ki constipation thik ho gai... Chai band. Junk food band. White bread band. Neebu lemon mang kr pi leta hai. Regularly isabgol le raha hai. Fruits khana shuru kr diya. Thanku Dr. Saleem.
