Challenges playlist: • Hearts of Iron IV Chal...
The challenge is to play as Poland in the 1939 start and survive the German attack. That unfortunately means we will be unable to prepare for the war properly, we jump right into it. The 1939 start leaves only a few days to prepare for the war, so any clever political moves are out of the question. Or are they? Tune in and find out.
Rules:
- Play as Poland in the 1939 start
- Survive. (After the initial German attack we need to be at peace and independent and we can't capitulate in the meantime)
- Ironman

Social-Nationalist Meme Network Well, since western allies left the USSR for dead during the whole war even tho France and Britain started it, it's obvious to think they had the most battlefield casualties (by April/May 1944 at least 95% of the total war in Europe was fought on the Eastern Front), which doesn't mean giving up men (pretty stupid to think considering they would have never won the war like that against people like the Wehrmacht). Actually Soviets had best weapons and more (most likely at the end stages of the war) than nazis. Heck even they copied PPSh-41 design entirely. So why would they continue pushing towards Berlin and sacrify even more men? Why not sign a peace treaty taking advantage of nazi's knowledge about Soviet military superiority and let yankees and brits do the same dirty job as they did? I don't know. Perhaps Soviets knew already that western allies could have never won the war by their own, and it was their duty to finish it once and for all. Moral of the story, cut off that bs

you can, trigger civil war event in Soviet Union, take non aligned side, then change back to communist thanks to advisors, they you are Soviet Union but arent in comintern, then justify on tanu tuva and there you go.

I'm kinda new to Hoi4 but can someone help me with understanding this. When you assign a general to some troops there is this cap. example 24/24 , while i'm seeing others that have no cap like this video with the field Marshall. I'm confused on why that is? The basic dumb down question is: How do you command a bunch of troops under one General (or field Marshall) without a cap on how many you can have. Thanks

This video is kind of old since the new patch changed about combat worked. Field Marshall in the old system don't have a cap.

Did same and held like that till 1943 and then allies began naval invade btw whole time Ive been building motorized divisions and got approximately 75 divisions and started offensive on Germans. But best part is that soviets declared war against me as well bc I refused to give Eastern Poland thus I was in war with’em and survived whole game lol. The reason is that I used same strategy not only that as well I was building air defenses and factories in Warsaw thus won :)

3:19 - When you assign order for any of your army group you can use the click on the circle then click on general or the order itself (or just do as in the video)
