Standing tall at 5.6 ft I am just concerned for my height because every male in my family is over 5.9 .... Been doing different exercises and being a mediocre eater ever since I was 16 I am doing everything in my power and I did gained a little over 2.5 cm in last 12 months.... I will be 20 in a couple of months and after learning that my father did grew till the age of 21 and my uncle till the age of 22 I hope I just become tall enough to stand side by side eventually shoulder to shoulder with my father and uncles....

@@RAM-077 Within the 30 min of waking up (I don't have a fix time table) I do Suryanamaskar for 20-25 min (12-14 cycles mostly) Then I do Dead Hangs in 3 sets, for first 2, 1 min each and for the last one I hang till failure For some relaxation I do cat-cow pose for 2-3 min Tadasana for 2-3 4 sets of Jumping jacks (25 jumps each) Halasana 2-3 min (just for the fun of it) Then 10-15 squats Then I dance a little to bust the stress out (around 4-5 min) This all takes around 1.5-1.75 hours because I take a lot of breaks in between My diet is mediocre as I said before, I just eat what My Mum makes for lunch and dinner and I occasionally do breaakfasts because I can't wake up early at the time of breakfast and I just avoid anything made in a factory or market food 4-5 days in a week I play Bdminton and once a week I play football with the boys for around 45-50 min That's what pretty much I do, I try to do it religiously and although it looks easy and doesn't take much time but it does ask for a whole lot of efforts from me everyday so at the end of the week even thinking about 100% completion I achieve in between 85%-95% which is a good percentage.... As for anyone who is not me should it be easier or tougher it depends totally on them

@@jn2244nj Bro I think more than exercise it somewhat was more depended on my genetics because at the age of 16-18 even my father didn't gain any height but from 19 to the age of 21 he grew till the height of 5.10 ft so my hopes are up right now and for the exercise I have replied to @RAM-077 so you can look at the reply to know about my exercise

I recommend everyone to eat 1.)Oat meal with almonds,cashew,crown date,banana slices and dried grapes. 2.)2 or max 3 eggs one time in a day. 3.)Choose penut butter rather than other snacks or fast food. 4.)Fruits for vitamins.
