I am not sure that Bernies Sanders could ever get elected, and his ideas are too far to the left to win a general election, BUT HE IS TERRIFIC in that he speaks the truth, he does not give a damn about the consequences, and he -- hopefully -- will drag the undecided voters to the left, and run screaming from any candidates on the right. Bernie is noble.

fucking great man Arthur is. this guy is amazing as hell. I was a f1 student before. I went back to Malaysia registered with uber Malaysia and I drove uber in Kuala lumpur for about 3 months and then uber Asia got sold to a asian ride hailing service grab. seriously guys, if uber is available back home from where you come from , just avoid the all the problems and find something fun to do for money while in your home country just like me in Malaysia where I'm from. note that driving for uber only allows you to drive in that specific region where u applied ( for instance I registered in KL with a Malaysian driver license) I can only drive in KL/Malaysia only and NOT in Singapore which is 3 hrs away from KL. an example right there

Hi Sir, I was in F1 visa and became out of status in April 2016, then applied for re-in statement, I had finished my masters on Dec 2017 and joined a doctorate program on Feb 2018 while the re-instatement application was pending for two years and three months. I got a letter from USCIS that my reinstatement is denied on July 2018, now I’m confused when was I actually became out of status? April 2016 or July 2018? And am I acquiring unlawful presence now?

Hello Sir! This policy is for all kind of visas that overstayed or just for J.F.M. and i have my fingerprints after August 9 because of my proces thru marriage with USC. I risk to be deported in my fingerprints appointment even im married and in proces? Thank you sir.

If someone who came under a J1 Visa and overstay for unexpected reasons and wants to adjust status based on marriage with a child. Will they be denied, removable out of the country inmediately?

What of reinstatement process for students who have been out of status for 6 months? Can he/she be approved for late reinstatment on exceptional circumstances?

GREAT QUESTION: First, if it is past the 5 month mark, reinstatement is not an option. Ask your international student advisor on campus. NEVER DO A REINSTATEMENT. EVER. They take too long and you are unlawfully present the time it is pending. If it gets denied, you are screwed. No reinstatements -- EVER. You need to LEAVE the USA with a new I-20 and get a new F-1 student visa at the Embassy (and answer any questions they have about what happened and why). Talk to your advisor on campus.

B1/B2 same thing -- meaning that the day you overstay or violate the rules of the status, you accrue unlawful presence time. If you are unlawfully present, you can be placed in deportation proceedings at any time. If you are here with MORE than 180 days of unlawful presence time, you will NEVER get a green card

GREAT Question! If you were here BEOFRE August 9th, and violated your status before August 9th, you will accruing unlawful presence time beginning ON August 9th (if you are still here) . . . Hi Arthur thanks for your informative video. Let's flip the script a bit. Provided that their spouse's ONLY fault is staying more than 180 days (i.e. no criminal record, no record of working without authorization etc), does a US Citizen have any rights at all to appeal or defend their case for their spouse in a court of Law?

THe rules just changed, there was an injunction put against this rule this week. It is no longer in effect as of this very moment.. Look it up...They are revising this rule.
