My 5600 always floats around 80% usage and limits my fps a lot

I have the exact same setup and my temperatures are about 20° higher and I can't figure out why

@@gameplaybyTE I think that's what I'm going to have to try to do it's the GPU that's getting warm I didn't even know they had thermal pads until a week ago and the card itself has essentially been in a box this entire time since coming off the assembly line so it's essentially factory new to me
