fun fact: hello neighbors prototype builds originally had audio files of profanity when you threw his belongings, and likely originally had the player find the bloody remains of a child and a adult inside ripped up bags so you can see the bodies in nasty cartoony detail. there was leftover code of the neighbor having a immediate emotional reaction to photos being shattered, sadly alot of content is likely gone because of the monument of missing and broken prototype assets of hello neighbors early builds, everytime i play the full release of the game i feel like the game was unreasonably censored and the story was horribly rushed to merchandise it to kids. (alot of the mature files were removed after alpha 1-2)

I remember when the main draw of Hello Neighbor was supposed to be the adaptive AI that would change up the environment and behavior whenever you got caught. Glad to see they’ve completely scrapped that and opted for generic chasing and sneaking with no consequences.

The best thing about this game is going to be the studio once again harassing MatPat to get a video on them.

You can semi-make out what it wants to say, but not at the same time. So remember; if you suddenly can't read, you might be in a dream.

During the scene when the Hello Neighbour from Hello Neighbour 1 and Hello Neighbour 2 said "it's neighboring time", I felt a surge of emotions coming inside of me that I cried tears of joy. Such a scene, it was definitely the most Hello Neighbour moment.

My favorite part of the game is when the Neighbour comes up to you then says "Hello, Neighbour" and man i'm shaking

What sad is that this game and the original initially has a pretty cool concept of an enemy AI that constantly learns and adapts to the player’s actions and would learn from it to place traps or change movement patterns based on what the player does. This game particularly claims to expand upon that by using other player’s data to dictate how the neighbor acts forming him into a “perfect neighbor”. It’s sad that they basically threw all of that away for a buggy FNaF wannabe game with shitty lore and story.

Hey Pyro, I’ve been loving the sunnyv2 reactions and i wanted to say that if you’re interested in “checking up” on classic, silver era youtubers, culture clash has a fantastic video about Uberhaxornova! He hasn’t necessarily fallen off, considering he migrated successfully to twitch, but it’s honestly heartbreaking to see how far his channel has fallen due to being involved in youtube groups, the views he gets now on youtube are abysmal nowadays and yet he still always uploads his edited down vods, always puts in the utmost effort to make high quality, entertaining content, and seemingly will never give up youtube. Which is all the more admirable to me as a fan of his since I was a child. I might be just a nostalgia sick fan, but I do think his case would be of great interest to you, as well as James’ perspective as a past member of groups like the creatures and cowchop who might have touched the hearts of so many fans, but also had many internal disputes and struggles.
