That helmet you bought from Amazon does look nice. Could you provide a link?

The guy I got it from is out of stock but you can do a search on medieval helmets, viking helmets, nasal helm, etc. and you can find lots of cheap helmets. This helmet btw came with the nose piece bent inwards (no bueno!) Also the sling and chin strap is glue into the inside so it will eventually come off and your left with a repair. Hopefully not in the middle of the event lol. You could instead drill holes along the bottom of the helmet and rivet the liner/sling in place. Thank you for sharing this awesome video it's very informative I wanted to ask what I be able to LARP with my Kendo armor? Are there any helmets of Kabuto Samurai style or Dragon Style? Thank you

You can definitely go to the vast majority of larps without a helmet. I just suggest it because it keeps your head from getting hit in a fight and... it looks cool 😎. You could look online for a japanese/samurai helm that suits your taste. I have no knowledge of what's a good one. Japanese style characters are somewhat uncommon but not unheard of. I think if you brought this into your local Larp they would appreciate your efforts and everyone would enjoy adding a complimentary culture to the mix. But just to be sure ask the staff of that Larp if they are ok with it first.

@@TheBeardedAxe cool thank you and you very much have a lot of valid points people could accidentally get hurt even though if they're not getting aimed at the head or face or even slip and hit their head when they fall
