Helping Locals in Villages Around Sri Lanka. In this video we will make the long drive from Kandy to Ella, Sri Lanka and along the way we will be helping out hardworking street vendors along the way! We will help out a local coconut seller, a fish vendor, a hardworking young man, and even a family! I hope you enjoy this video!

The girl in the video is so annoying she doesn’t even look around she’s on her phone all the time. I don’t know why she’s even there so annoying to watch when you see her. She doesn’t have a kind demeanour. She should’ve stayed at home and would’ve made the video much better. These are the kind of annoying tourist that I hate is Sri Lanka.

I have watched many of this guy's videos, including the full sri lanka series from last time and the current one. This guy does raise a bit of suspicion as to whether he is genuine or not. I am sure there is some exaggeration, like calling the fish on the roadside the best fish in sri lanka or whatever, BUT the bigger more main message of giving, being selfless and his sentiment at the end of the video, thanking the viewers for giving him the gift of being able to give to those are in need, I am touched by! I will do what I can to support you Chris & co. It would be so good if you did get a chance to reply, but regardless I wish you find contentment in all that you do! God bless

@@angramainyu2261 the fact still remains that yes while these individuals are appearing in his videos plenty of KZfaqrs make travel content and don’t help the locals at all so Chris is under no obligation to do so. Would it be better for Chris not to show them at all and thus give them nothing? I’m sure these people badly need the help and they welcome any and all monetary gifts. Why don’t you get off your high horse and instead of complaining find an organization or a soup kitchen and go donate your time. If you dislike the content and/or don’t support the approach Chris takes then why watch it?

You're acting as though the only options here are to either make a video humble bragging about handing cash to "poor browns" or allow them to starve to death. It's honestly so simple, put the camera away. Make a video on a different topic that doesn't treat people as if they're dying for this specific kind of interaction - because despite your contention, no, they live much fuller lives than that. I already do all those things and more, this showed up in my recommendations so I gave it a watch and left a comment as is my right. I get that you gave this grifter some cash but you aren't obliged to dickride him thereafter.
