Give us seeds. We can spread it all over. My grandpa ( 1915-2014) took my cousin and I to a place in NE Texas where it was farmed for many years when my grandpa was young and many years before. It was mixed with goatweed and grass, but it was all over the place. He told us about making rope and other things that were necessities on a farm. He also told us about cannibus and the fun they had during prohibition. Even though, he was a moonshiner. Well. Hope someone reads this and thinks of my old grandpa. He did LOTS with hemp and blamed DuPont till he was very old about destroying hemp.

No, look it up, Trump that many want to impeach has signed a bill making it legal for production. On Thursday, President Trump signed into law the farm bill, which contained a provision legalizing hemp, a species of cannabis that CBD can be extracted from but that isn't psychoactive. Historically, hemp has been illegal to sell or grow in the US, although it'slegal to buy from international sources.Dec 28, 2018

Hemp and cannabis are totally different.Cannabis users experience short-term memory problems; other studies suggest that cannabinoids impair all stages of memory. Young people who use the drug may be most at risk. A 2011 study suggested that memory impairment is more severe in adolescent cannabis users, and might even have a lasting impact. However, frequent users often become tolerant to the memory problems cannabis can cause.

You almost have the same gene as a tomato are you the same? It needs just a few different genes among hundred thousand of genes to be different and you become you and the tomato becomes the tomato. Same with hemp and Marijuana. Hemp you can purchase at a grocery store , go to Whole Foods , you find it there. Harmless, no high. Cannabis are the evil far, far related cousin of Hemp.

Cannabis and hemp are as different as you and the tomato. You and the tomato have very much the same genes except a few that are different. Are you and the tomato the same? Hemp is not bad, you can eat it. Marijuna is the evils far, far distance related cousin of Hemp that has dangerous effects on the human brain .

Elizabeth Martens A business would need to be issued a state license which specified the type of cultivation being performed. Unfortunately dotting your T's and crossing your I's state wide will not keep a business from being targeted by federal agencies. Fortunately for hemp farmers, female plants can remain in the vegetative state for hemp cultivation and are not required to flower. Male plants do not produce thc (the psychoactive chemical component of cannabis) making them ideal mediums for hemp cultivation. Hopefully this answers your question.
