1 or 2 shiitake mushrooms
4 eggs
About 30 ml sesame oil
about 40ml olive oil
30-50g crab cakes
200 ml chicken stock
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
katakuriko (potato starch), to taste
10-20 g butter
salt
