Here’s how to NOT QUIT. Save this 📥
It’s all about preparing for hard times. No one wants to think about failing. But actually you need to prepare for it, because it will happen, and you need to know how to pick yourself back up.
3 techniques to try:
1️⃣ If you feel unmotivated…
👉 Take a deep breath, count to 3, and JUST GO.
2️⃣ If you feel like giving up…
👉 Remember your “Why”.
3️⃣ If you feel like you’re not good enough…
👉 Think of 3 accomplishments you’re proud of and let it soak in.

This is really great. I’m still in school, and have a lot of exams and studying to get done, and my main issue is sitting down to even start. Motivation like this usually doesn’t work on me, but this felt different.

Those questions of yours hits difference. From the past I was so motivated but this year is keeps going up and down. Rn I'm struggling from my academics and wanting to give up, but that's not what I want because now that I'm here, why would I quit if I'm almost there. Shes such a big youtuber that pays attention to her fans and comments. I find it hard to trust youtube videos but your content motivates me. Your videos arent all about losing weight or gaining muscle, it gives food advice, other random posts and motivation; something we need to have strength! Tysm for your content. Wow. Thank you! The reason I am trying to work out is because of sports. I am 14, 5’4” but only 89 pounds. I have skill but I am just not strong enough. That is the reason I don’t play as much as I hope to. I have spent so much time crying over being too weak and being underestimated in life because of it. I really want to get STRONG. Not just for myself but also to prove everyone wrong.

I want to lose weight and gain muscle. There's an essentially life saving surgery I want but I'll need to lose a lot of weight. Right now im battling multiple mental illnesses and I'm struggling a lot. Your channel and advice is always uplifting to me as someone who wants to start working out and getting fit.

Wow! You sooooo motivated me! I started the ab challenge two weeks ago and was killing it for a few days and then that time of the month hit and I was sooooo weak that I couldn’t finish it! Maria I remember those days when I was young, and every month my exercise routines got broken because some of us just have more symptoms, you know? So I encourage you to do exactly what you said: start fresh today - and every "today" that tempts you to give up. In the long run, you will conquer! 🙌🙂

This made me tear up, honestly. I've been having trouble finding workout routines that would fit into my daily routine, and help me feel more comfortable with myself in the process. I've been noticing, with Pilates, given hypermobility, I'm able to do certain things somewhat easily. Others, maybe not so much, but that's a given. Thank you for the motivation to continue forward! I am genuinely thankful for this. I have been swimming competitively for three years, and over that last year I’ve not seen hardly any improvement at all. I have considered quitting over the past few weeks due to be unmotivated, and this helped so much❤️❤️

Im a 17 year old girl and im 77kg 😭😭 i started doing exercises from January 1st this year i dont feel any change in my body😭 . I didn't skip it any day . Don’t be afraid of the scale. Just don’t be obsessed with the numbers. When muscle replaces fat it’s heavier. I weigh and take my body measurements once a month but diet is majority of getting fit (not crash fad diets but things like limiting sugar and fried foods, sodas and carbs, counting calories to see how many you consume in a day and making adjustments from there to your liking…I kept a food log for several weeks before trying to figure out where to cut calories because I didn’t realize I was nearly consuming 3,000 a day at a desk job). There are more advanced scales now that tell you more in depth info than just numbers too. Wishing you the best on your journey 🙂

Just EXACTLY what I have been all these mornings! Even today when I had my eyes shut tight at 5 am, I took 3 minutes to get myself motivated to get my dream body and yeah I always work out... Even my body is habitual to wake up in morning at 5, BIG CHANGE!

My strong "why" is "because I love myself so much". I respect myself, I adore myself, and I'm so proud of myself. My body is doing amazing things that I even don't know so I think I should work out to make her stronger, happier, and more energetic and we can accomplish even greater things together. My body and I are a TEAM, not enemies.

Not even kidding this works like an absolute charm for just about anything. I’ve been doing the first one forever because it’s the only thing that overrides my adhd.and I’ve finally found a strong enough why for my fitness and my work. It’s the third one that I struggle with the most and hopefully I’ll get that one down too
