Word has spread of the manner in which Henry dealt wtih the Hannekin Hare problem and Sir Hannush wants him to take care of a delicate matter on his behalf. It seems that the Archbishop's Vicar has come to Uzhitz looking for heretics and Sir Hannush wants him gone.
This is a very dialogue and philosophy heavy quest and Henry can take on a number of different guises.

Timestamps:
00:00 - Previously!
00:21 - A delicate matter
SIr Hannush asks Henry to investigate the reasons for the Vicar coming down to Uzhitz and wants him to "encourage" him to go back to Prague
03:13 - Presenting to the Vicar
Henry offers his services to the Vicar and it does seem that there's heretics afoot. The clues are vague but it's up to Henry to offer something more substantial before the Vicar puts too many to the "question".
07:09 - Following the clues
It seems that the clues refer to locations around Uzhitz and following them should lead to the meeting site. Henry does so successfully but finds a cross.
09:08 - The Cross-roads
Investigations into the cross lead to Godwin, the Uzhitz priest, who's dead set against any kind of witchhunt or heretical inquisition regardless of whether there are actual heretics or not. He tries to recruit Henry to his cause.
12:07 - Hidden Option! Consult with Sir Hannush
It's possible to take the tentative confirmation of heresy to Sir Hannush. This and further conversations with Hannush provide very interesting insight into his stance and character.
13:02 - Eavesdropping on the heretics
Henry obtains clear proof that the Bauers are heretics by listening to their discussion during supper. This is a fairly long cutscene.
15:32 - Conferring with Godwin
It's only right to speak to Godwin about the results of his investigation.
16:51 - Quest Option! Try to lie to the Vicar
The simple approach is to lie to the Vicar and claim that there's nothing. But it's pretty naive to think that he'd be satisfied with finding nothing!.
19:00 - Quest Option! Give him the heretics
A less naive but still straightforward approach is simply to hand in the heretics to the Vicar. It gets rid of him but it does condemn the Bauers to the flame and may bring the inquisition back to Uzhitz in the future.
22:15 - Hidden Option! Confirm the heresy to Sir Hannush
Similar to the way you can take the suspicions of heresy, we can go back to Sir Hannush with concrete proof. He's uncharacteristically fierce about how the heretics must be dealt with harshly compared to how lax he was before. It's likely that political considerations and making sure that accusations don't come his way also play a strong role in this.
25:29 - Try and save the Bauers
You can try and convince the heretics to flee but Mistress Bauer is very difficult to convince. It's not suggested by the quest log but you can speak to Farmer Bauer. It doesn't help, the only way to convince Mistress Bauer is to have very high speech skill. Use a Bard potion if you want to make sure you succeed!
30:50 - Hidden option! Commiserate with Godwin
33:24 - Hidden Option! Make the Vicar sleep with the fishes
It's dumb and most certainly against Sir Hannush's orders but you can just kill the Vicar. No good can come from it, even if Henry manages to wriggle out of taking the blame.
35:48 - The best outcome. The Bauers flee
Playing all sides against each other and treading a fine line with the truth leads to the best outcome. The Bauers flee, the Vicar follows them, and Sir Hannush is happy, especially if you don't tell him the truth!
