I remember watching Scar when I was in college. That was a little over 10 years ago. And that was when Scar would play on his own creating massive dessert biomes, the mother tree, the leaf lawns, the custom cacti, etc. And now, seeing him surrounded by friends in a server is making me emotional in some sort of way. So proud!

I love Scar's starting episodes, especially this season. You could say that, as a day 1 hermit, he is outstanding in his field :)

I thought that "setting spawn" was just a bit until I realized right after that he lost EVERYTHING. All the armor and all the tools that he had just enchanted. Never change Scar.

This season is gonna be great. Scar is already cracking jokes, Scar’s gonna build a “starter base”, and Grian and Mumbo are already messing with Scar. This is amazing

You've been a comforting light in a hard time in my life, with my grandmother dying last year, my dog dying 5 months ago, Technoblade dying 2 months ago, and TFC dying a few days ago. Not to mention working through a lot of mental health stuff lately. You've really helped me through so much. I really wanna meet you at some point, at Minecon or whatnot. That would be *amazin'.* That would be one of the best days of my life. I hope Minecon starts back up again. So thank you, *so much*, for what you do. Omg, when he first said "let's set our spawn", quickly followed by a gasp, I was convinced for a fraction of a second that he realised his soon to be mistake, but then he went "do I need a shield?" and I told myself "Of course the man is going to die by trying to set his spawn with a bed right after exploding one for Netherrack farming, this is Scar" xD And then I proceeded to almost die from laughter as he did exactly that. Such a gem.

I remember this being the first Hermitcraft video I've ever watched and kinda the reason I'm into Hermitcraft now! So I've definitely got Scar to thank for all of the new SMPs I've discovered.

I cannot believe I've been following you for 8 years now. I remember exactly which episode was my first: the Scarland modern mountain fishing cabin. I loved the design so much, and it inspired me to start building with more unconventional materials and try new designs.
