His character is standoffish with most everyone except Xiiki, which can create/show interesting dynamics (like the vast difference between Rhi’s bright and joyful and nervous character, and bad ass, silent but deadly, three sword dragon) and cool RP moments (like when he picked up the dagger that killed the Lady Eva, spoke to the other members of the camp, and helped Yesper pick himself up). But overall, Tom himself said he likes playing Xiros since he CAN be more quiet and conserved, and he can indulge in more fighting and what not without having to think about what to say next RP wise, and that’s good enough for me. If someone likes a character, and enjoys playing that character, then I have zero problems.

No, Werewolves are subservient to Vampires.

Werewolves are subservient to Strahd and nothing more. The rivalry between vampires and werewolves has more to do with the competitive nature of their fandom IRL than anything else. That's why people tend to right it in to an IP's lore. Though D&D has so much more going on then it's subset of horror genre monsters.

Late to seeing this, but let’s take it as them being more similar to animals, since animals can be born with different color schemes if they have different colored parents. Otherwise, there’s something more to them being known as “siblings” that we could find out later.

If you want to get technical black and white dragonborn and tails aren't the lore given in the PHB. Dragonborn are more like a mutt and may express any of the 10 (15 if you include gem dragons) bloodlines so it isn't so far fetched. And that's before players alter the backstory to suit their own aesthetic and narrative choices. Not to mention that, as the other person said, it's to early to know what hasn't yet been revealed in the campaign.
