The average income male callers are just as delusional as some of the average looking female callers of previous shows. As a Henry myself we need more of these HVM shows
@bigamemphis103 жыл бұрын
Think the conversation of a HVM just made some of these men realize that they're not what they thought they were. And instead of having the mind set of becoming a HVM, it's unachievable to them. So they try to combat it instead of figuring out how to become one. Good show.

That Kevin is a good man, simply put. Your patience, time and energy every week night reiterates the truth about relationships, image and misled mindsets in the community. It is not only a shock factor to some but also a motivator to those of us who didn't receive these truths elsewhere. (To men tonight but equally to this woman!) Nugget tonight: 'how best can you increase your value...where you are(now)...and if (you are) not happy where you are." Another point : Be as effective and helpful as you can be in society. Work your hardest, never stop giving, network and be known. That's a very productive and respectful man. Thank you🌻.

All men, if they are productive, have value. The question is who qualifies as 'HIGH' Value according to the group. Men have & always will define what High Value is, and Kevin has laid out the general metrics men have historically defined 'High Value' by. Tonight, I learned the following: 1. Many despise being ranked according to a group standard of success or value. 2. People pick & choose what they want to hear and tend to listen with their feelings first. 3.We in Black America (ADOS) tend to define value as good vs bad, moral vs immoral, attractive image vs. unnattractive image. We seemingly despise the social & financial metrics of HV because historically we have been handicaped in ascending in both realms. Context matters here and should be taken into consideration. Its ashame how many ppl have misconstrewed your message to the extent of interpreting that if they don't meet the historic definers of High Value that you are somehow saying they are less than as ppl or not valuable at all. Its even more shameful how many ppl have flat out lied about you & your rhetoric just to create drama for content. Its clear this show was frustrating for you but I think this was an important discusion to have. Thank you for hosting this conversation.

They talk about the delusional women but these dudes on here are delusional too. "Character" arguments are for broke men. Wrong. You cant just be productive and high value hence why one of the protocols is you have to be LinkedIn level. Your position and income have to be visible. A drug dealer is productive by hussling, and selling in essence doing marketing and business but is he high value? No. Try putting that on your LinkedIn and see how that goes. You cant just think being “productive” is synonymous with high value. There are also tons of people who are highly productive and dont even break 40k a year guy.

This video CLEARLY shows why Kevin made a definite (on purpose) switch to talking to mainly women. I have found on other videos that the men who call in, generally sound SO confused, not very confident and basically not intelligent (and I’m truly not trying to be insulting). It’s like they completely miss the point (frequently) and that causes them to ARGUE (like a woman) totally in their feelings. In this video, there were several guys who kept arguing about what a HVM is because they were missing 1 or more of the requirements and tried shoehorning themselves into being labeled a HVM. Like one guy kept going on about being “moral” and arguing that because he had morals, that made him high value. KS killed it when he said men of other belief systems would not be able to be HVM based on that logic. Even with that, he STILL argued… like a woman. He comes out and says “what about a young man who doesn’t/can’t make that kind of money, so that’s not fair”. Like really?? He really isn’t using his brain. This repeats MANY times in this show and almost every other show where KS had men calling in. As annoying as many women tend to be, and some sound really dumb, they generally aren’t as arrogantly dumb as some of the guys calling in. This guy complaining that he has to “work his way up to be HVM”. YES!! That’s the whole point of his show, he tells women all the time “this man had to work hard, 80 hours per week, slay the dragon to BECOME a high value man”. How does that align with being one of the “rare black high school teachers”. If DOES explain the strange phenomenon of almost EVERY woman saying they had or did have a HVM! Odd that 90% of the women who call in were able to get a HVM… that means they’re not rare right? That’s opposite to what a high vale man is. These guys are confusing HUMAN VALUE with HVM. If you’re not a HVM, it doesn’t mean you’re a bum or a good person. It just means you aren’t in THAT category. You’re still a good person, a good man, a good parent, a good husband, but you’re NOT a 1-5% man!! 👍☮️

First caller: Men like him don't want women as life partners, they want Mother figures. Failing that, they don't want a feminine, submissive partner, they want to subjugate any women they are with. Men like him are quite dangerous. Superficial and immature. You must strive for greatness.

People are out here making these esoteric, spiritual arguments for what high value is while they're at home but then go and spend 1/3 of their waking hours at work at a job they hate slaving away for material and physical value. Black delusion is what's holding us back.

So...how is it that the teacher couldn't grasp the concept of what is being asked of HIM compared to what Kevin is saying? I mean...he is suppose to be a teacher meaning having the ability to analyse concepts and break down ideas as well as have a discussion and debate with clear points....that wasn't him "the teacher"...I don't understand.

These calls were so hard to sit through.....sheesh. The calls with the combative/broken women are far more entertaining yet sad in their diluted realities as well, BUT, these dudes scare me.... All I know is, I'm gonna grind it out, find a way to fund some one-on-one sessions with the man himself and set higher personal goals for my next 5 years. Ain't nothing stopping me but ME. I suggest most of you other men do the same! 💪🏾🙏🏾

Mean, median and mode.... Too many people hear average and automatically assume something that is inferior. Just like average looking women too many of our men think that being an average earner is an insult. Additionally, it is a shame that everyone assumes that they are entitled to elite status. The truth that people ignore is that if everyone was 'the top' we would know no difference. However, unless we were a society of xerox clones then there will appear deviations from the standard and the norm. And that's okay because then we would see genetic abnormalities pop up.🤔 Then again maybe we already are based off the reasoning of these callers. Bottom line fellas, men are supposed to work. Notice that it's been almost 2 years since this video was posted, and it's still one of the least viewed videos on the KS platform. I can't help but wonder if it's because he's talking to men, and not women? 🤔 The man spits facts regardless of who he's talking to.

I don't see that high moral standard and HVM are the same thing. The word 'value' in the blk community tends to mean morals. Value in the economic and global aspect is about money, power, control and influence. Some of the HVM will have morals, some won't. HVM for me is an exceptional man in many aspects, economic 1st, among millions of other men. Not a man just being the best among his peers or family, and definitely not the best in his neighborhood. These would be considered good men in my opinion.

The first caller seems to be trying to justify his even below average position in life. In his world, that's "high value"...the pump and drug dealers or man with the "hottest woman" are high value according to HIS world. People that think like him would never grasp the concept that the world/market place determines what's considered "high value". He can think what he likes all year long and it may apply to hos small corner of the world but changes nothing on a global level. So...really in the grand scheme of things, as previously mentioned, he has to make himself feel better for doing little to nothing with his life but lay around on one of his "bad chicks'" couch.

It's clear that most of those callers weren't raised with a strong father figure. I can easily recognize them because I'm in that same group. Nothing wrong with that, but you have to recognize it within yourself and work on it.

The issue that I see is that people have a huge listening, communication and comprehension issue. Many of the callers' ideas are disjointed and don't connect. There is a MAJOR communication issue in the black community. Slang is a major culprit -- words are never defined properly. Plus we deal too often in vague language "get your shit together" "he's high value to himself" etc etc. There's little precise thought, and frustration follows when asked to hone their argument to a fine point. Sales training is the greatest investment I made. It cures a lot of these ills you hear from the callers.

I understand what KS is saying on this. I consider myself to be a great therapist but ultimately, the marketplace dictates whether I’m successful or high value in some ways. It doesn’t mean I’m not a valuable person. It’s like when I was a Social Worker. There’s a term we assess parents on called ‘Good Enough Parenting’. It doesn’t mean every parent will agree with it but it’s a universal way of determining what MOST people would consider as a good enough level of parenting as opposed to what that parent thinks or their family or their community. Everyone is of value to someone in some way but if I get 100 clients in a month and my competitor only gets 3, we’re not on the same level.
@poshib3 жыл бұрын
I think the point that the callers were trying to make is that they view "high value" as something relative to the position of the individual in question. An example would be that an individual who would be considered high value in an academic setting would be considered low value in a battlefield setting if that person is untrained. People are looking at their value in relation to their own lives and personal circles versus the world as a whole. Great content brother Samuels. Much respect.

Establishing high value creates a standard and improves the quality of men. Whether you agree or not it’s necessary for our African American community. Kevin I admire you doing this for all men but particularly for us. Quality and high value goes have more success in the real world.

Wish I had someone around like this when I was a younger cat. Men and women don’t want to accept the truth. There always been a hierarchy. Our class system is no different. Our military, court system you name it and there are those at the top. In the middle, and at the bottom. What he’s saying is not hard to grasp. People don’t want to be reminded of where they are when it comes to their place in the world.

You can't argue with what is being said here, it's not about kevin, he is just observing what's happening and what works and aligns his thinking with that. We can argue that his delivery is a bit harsh but the net-net of it is he is telling the truth. That's why even the detractors are all over the place with their thoughts and can't come up with a well defined solid clear argument.
