When you next decide to bring another on the trowel Lee could be a good choice, you can see he has some pervious experience from his actions. Omg! That car in the garage! Was that inside the garage and reversed through the garage, or was the car in the car park and drive into it? Excellent job gang. Keep up the good work. Have a brilliant weekend 👍💪👊✅💯⚒️🔨👌🌟🤙😁

Im a carpenter, full time 35 years. I lay flooring, from £25 sq meter. A team of me and my helper will do approx 30sq a day. £750 on a bad day. On a good day, double that amount. 4 days a week, coz its too physical. That equates 6k a month. less 20% tax, lest £1000 Van, insurances. Tools. around £3500 a month. which is 40k if i have 10 weeks a year holliday. 40k is nothing for a sole trader. Its a wage for the hard work and skills involved. And for Bricklayers, Ive seen the hardest men die too young when they get into their 50's, trying to keep up to the Bonus young . i was housebuilding in Sweden for 10 years, and £40 is the union rate for most trades. Here in England, I dont see the point of it? Price work? swings and roundabouts? I think its scandelouse for the indusrty, Js. £40k a year is what HGV drivers get, only takes 2 years. Become a HGV driver not a tradesperson is my advice.
