Hi Maks: Genius level videos. Are you supposed to feel the glutes and quads activate on the first exercise? The against the wall kneeling both arms outstretched out like superman?

Thanks for the support Doug! Ideally yes, you would feel the quads lengthening (stretching) and the glutes contracting. But it may be difficult to tell the difference at first and that's OK! Just try to get the pelvis against the wall and your body will do the rest :-)
