Still ruled by the Plantagenet dynasty, England's conflict with France reaches its height during the Hundred Years War (which actually lasted for more than 100 years.) The war never OFFICIALLY ended and was only formally recognized as being over in the year 1802!

For a game that's basically related to history in every way, CK3 certainly doesn't like to cooperate in assisting you or anyone for that matter with trying to recreate it 😅😂 You're doing great! Keep it up man. Peace.

Thanks so much! I continue to make new videos every week. I'm already filming the next series in Europa Universalis IV, moving forward the English and ultimately American timeline!

I really like your historical playthroughs. By the way, Sainte Jeanne d'Arc was born and raised in Domrémy which IS situated in Lorraine. She was critical in liberating the siege of Orléans from the English.

Thanks for this correction! I mistakenly assumed based on one of her titles "Maid d'Orleans" that she was FROM Orleans, and I didn't do the research. Thank you!

@@AdmiralJediPDX Your welcome. Another fun fact, if you have played a France campaign on EU 4 you start with two generals. One is Jean Bureau, a knighted burger who was a pioneer in artillery and the other is Jean Dunois, called "le Bâtard d'Orléans" because hé was a bastard child of the Capetian branch of Orléans.

@@Eric-dg2cx I remember them! Nice! Unfortunately it was only at the END of my French EU4 campaign that the idea of historical playthroughs came to me. That's why my very first historical playthrough video is in fact Victoria 3: FRANCE!
