Ms. Ralston did a wonderful job bringing Mrs. Lincoln back to life. I’ve not studied Mrs. Lincoln in depth, but I appreciated Ms. Ralston’s bringing a humanistic portrayal of her to us. Even though Mary might have been mentally unstable, she was still a human being, with legitimate emotions caused by her circumstances, and Ms. Ralston brought that out in her portrayal of her. Thank you.

Not being entirely sympathetic; being emotionally precarious, it seems, was precipitated by a range of debilitating physical ailments that would stultify almost anyone; all the while without even so much as an aspirin ...

Thank you for this captivating portrayal. A job very well done! I hope it gives viewers, as it did for me, a better appreciation of Molly, both in her earlier, happier years, as well as with the tragedies she endured with Lincoln, during that tumultuous and grievous chapter of our American history.

You can tell this is made in West Virginia: 0:45 There are two 'R's in Library. It is not pronounced "Lie-berry." 12:45 Mary Lincoln was very formally educated and never would have used the slang "drug" instead of "dragged"
