Recently sold my Oldtown topwater kayak and bought an older Hobie pro angler 14. I decided to rig it up with a 2.5 horse power Mercury motor just like my previous kayak. In this video I go over how I did it.

I love my fin drive, and my 2.5 Suzuki. The fin drive i always tether, and put them just about anywhere. Hobie's hulls are very quick, even with a Torqueedo, or NK. They just move, good luck bro..😎 🌊 🎣

Hello, What shaft do you use for your hobie kayak? 15" or 20" on your outboard motors. Thank you.

Can't launch a boat anywhere, like you can a kayak. You say it looks and sounds stupid, but you still clicked on it - thanks for watching 😂
