After h polri infection I couldn't digest anything. I could barely eat, had sever gastritis. Nothing I ate digested. Multiple food allergies. I got Lee's digestion workshop did it 3x a week. 6 months later I can now eat whatever I want and rarely bloat or have any issues. So worth it!

Congrats how long did it take you to heal? And would you say it was down to a convo of this and a bland diet. I am in a similar situation and struggling with chest pain acid etc post treatment and loosing hope

@@Raj-cu1if Took me year and half. Get the book, The gastritis healing book by Chaplin. Follow it exactly. Also, look into Dr. Joe Dispeza meditations. He is a scientist that has figured out how to reach people to heal the unhealable. I also did Holdens Qigong healing sounds mixed with Digestion workshop 6x a week. @@my_2_cents_ hi... also sounds like you might investigate and try 30min pre meal ACV with mother- in water maybe stevia if you hate without... and after meal HCL/pepsin caps and/or ox bile caps with meals. I've used those around navel pressure points in an acupressure way and they have helped me but effect was twmporary. I needed more intervention and stomach should be very acidic with ensuing bile release as you eat

When we talk about food being used to produce energy - we are not talking about liveliness. Energy in the food sense means units of heat ,which sustains us for sure but don't make us want to jump about. This is why we are always warmer (but very rarely livelier) after a meal. If we want to be 'energetic' in the physical sense, dieticians recommend a no-carb diet which doesn't tax the digestion as carbs and sugars do. Low or no carbs (or even fasting) will help us feel what Lee is talking about: mental clarity and bodily vivacity. Qi Gong certainly helps this process. So when food manufacturers say their food will "give you energy" they rely on us not knowing the difference between the two meanings of "energy", so we assume it to mean get-up-and go. Judge for yourself. How often have you felt like jumping about and dance after eating pizza or burgers? :-)

Thank you. Eating good and well is important. I love your tapping exercises. I am gonna put these in my qigong routine. Either i do yoga or qigong, or i mix it up! I am proud of myself for doing so much qigong and yoga. I am really proud of myself! And since i found u, i have a new spark in my heart. Yoga and qigong has become so much more fun. It's like i feel a flame in my heart when i think about qigong and yoga. Thank u for not asking too much from us. I have psychosis and my life energy is limited. My psychosis causes me too sleep very bad. So being active is sometimes very difficult. Best wishes, from me in Sweden.

Good day Lee Holden. Parkinson's patient for 5 years for the past 7mths I have been suffering very badly feet cramp, hand and trunnk or torso tremors,shortness of breathing I can feel my internal bloating up my chest ,fall down 6 times back pain cannot sit or stand for too long.Hearing problem I follow up your practice.hearing breathing improve slightly .What is practice is good for me TQVM Lee Holden go by

Thank you so much for this video 🙏. I will follow this exercise everyday. After taking antibiotics for H Pylori my stomach is so compromised. I have so many health problems and digestive problems. I don't feel good after I eat 😞.

So I've had this weird issue happening to me for awhile now it used to be once here and there for years. And now it's happening a couple times a month. I get terrible sulfuric burps sometimes less then a day lasting sometimes 2 to 3 days. That was tolerable right up until the painful bloating and cramps. If I'm laying down for any period of time as soon as those pains hit me I have to get up and the burp that leaves me is so loud and so so long. Of course accompanied with these burps are farts. But not long after all these things start the farts cannot and I mean absolutely cannot be trusted. 3 to 4 days of sporadic diarrhea. Which is the opposite of what I have gone through in that area my entire life. I lived my whole life constipated and only having a bowel movement a couple times a week. Which is what my doctor has told me repeatedly "my norm" Have u ever heard of this kinda thing before ?

It gets diagnosed as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but what it is is a dysregulated nervous system, often caused by prolonged and inescapable stress, as well often as early childhood adverse events. This video is wonderful, and there are others that work with dysregulated nervous systems to help calm the overactive Fight or Flight state and transform it to the Rest and Digest state so necessary for sleep and good digestion.
