UPDATE: starting from version 1.0.11 following skips are fixed/removed: 0:07 (high double jump) and 1:50 (Dash Slash exploit). I have a replacement for the fixed skip at 0:07:

Rahmat Deseptrin You need to awaken the dream nail, which means fighting dream bosses and fallen warriors, then hit the corpse in white armor with the awakened dream nail.

Ok, but seriously, this area is easy. You just have to actually look where you’re going instead of blindly rushing ahead. The hardest parts still can’t take longer than 10 minutes. Like, even that is already a stretch.

@@homen4 Ik it's old but I just thought I'd say its definitely not. I had SS equipped for the length and when I got to the tunnel, though it took me more tries than anything else (maybe out of everything in the whole game lol) I eventually got it. Wasnt fun, dont want to do it again, but its possible. Sure whishaw I knew about the skip _then._

I honestly didn't even know 0:07 was a skip. Thought that was the intended method. Glad I managed to find the 2:20 one by accident. Still the most frustrating section in the game. If you are having trouble, the hiveblood charm (why his life is honeycombs) gives you pretty much infinite attempts at jumps. Combine with the grub charm if you are like me and have little patience waiting for your hearts to return.

If I recall correctly, 0:07 I saw the entrance at the top and saw the path, so I took it. Didn't realise what did the lever do at that moment and I backtracked like a stupid.

It's cool to see some of these skips, I wasn't sure if 2:50 was possible but it's cool that it does work. The room right after balcony bench actually has a faster route where, instead of going left at 1:35, you go right and pogo the rising spears. I find that's a bit easier and faster (also pogoing the sawblade instead of going to the left wall at the very end of the room)

In 5/2023 with lastest release downloaded from steam: 0:10 you can't do it anymore. 1:32 It's easier to reach 1:40 if you choose go to the right. 1:54 they fixed it. 2:52 May be it's easy but this room is easier without skip. 3:04 It's the exit of Pale King's workshop. You can only do this pogo if you have already visited that room. Jump down at 3:09 through a lot of thorns and you will meet a Wingsmould. Just pogo it.

At 0:07 you can still do that skip, but it's super tough and only works on certain patches. You have to either use stallball, to pogo your vengeful spirit, or pogo your abyss shriek

Omg there are some many skips I never knew. Now I can get through WP and POP fairly quickly but man I wish I knew some of those in the first few playthroughs. But it's interesting, I actually did the skip at 2:50 from the very beginning and only later found the intended route to the left.

My husband restarted the Xbox and apparently we didn't sit at a bench and we were on close to the last stretch of the white palace. We ended up going back to before finishing the left side room to get the doors to open so we can go up to the final areas and I just wanna cry and rethinking everything at this point. We were in the room with the entrance to the path of pain.

I thought that the one at 1:27 seemed so natural and was the right way to do it. Then I proceeded to get stuck there because I couldn't figure out if I was supposed to go left or up since in my head I did it the only possible way

It’s the pogoing off the lamppost, otherwise you have keep going to the right to loop around a large platform area with more spikes (which I ended up doing, I’m guessing the devs meant it to be the actual first encounter with the spikes.)
