In our CSI churches we sing these hymns all the time. These hymns are used only in Protestant churches only

In our CNI church in Delhi, we sing such hymns very often although younger don't understand them or like them, they want pop contemporary so called Christian music where the music is good and the lyrics are bad and repetitive.

Everyone who has had the privilege of experiencing the impressive presence of the Lord will know what the expression Holy! Holy! Holy! stands for : you feel awe, humble and deep gratitude at the same time.Such an experience will define the way you think and feel. I think that this great hymne was composed by someone who felt the way I describe. This great choir perfectly sang the way this hymne should sound. The congregation of New Hope Presbyterian Church in La Feria, Texas, U.S. thanks you for your fabulous version of this hymn! We are worshiping as a congregation on Zoom because of COVID, and were able to watch and listen together last Sunday to your singing. It was our opening hymn, and we were very blessed at being able to sing these words with you and with each other. Thank you so much for sharing your voices and your praise of God. Thanks and Glad you can use the Classic Hymns videos . The 250 voice Mass choir are members of various choirs ( about 8 to 10 choirs ) in Chennai and one Choir from Bangalore India . The video shoot is done in 2012(.9 years back ) at CSI Egmore Wesley church in Chennai.

Guide Me O Thou Great Jehovah - By 12 Indian Choirs based in different parts of the globe sing in 12 Indian Languages. Both these are available on Classic Hymns You Tube Channel .

I have been sharing your videos with friends and family in Canada and US and UK. Everyone is impressed. Love your Tamil and Malayalam hymns...for a Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu speaking person, they hold a certain charm. Maybe it's the inner goodness of your people that is shining through. Glad the hymns are blessing many across the globe 14 years ago ( 2008 ) when the Lord led us to start doing hymns we were not aware that it was for "such a time as this" . Most of the hymns are uploaded in the Channel. We have done 2 hymns under " Sing for India" with the hymn " Lead Kindly Light was sing in 24 languages of the staes in India. WOW! It’s so heart warming to see other church members sing this sensational hymn! As I was an organ player at Saint John Bosco’s Church in Harvey LA., U. S. A. Back in the 1950’s. Wow! The pitch going higher and higher. I remembered my close Priest which is Indian Priest here in USA. He always invited all the parishioners will sing together with the choir. He have a beautiful voice too and always singing. I really miss him a lot. He was assigned in a different Parish and my family also, moved to a place far from his place. At the present, I'm joining a choir group and do self practice. You guys singing in a higher level. Impressive ❤. God bless you all! Praise God! Amen.

Now there are close to 200 hymns in the Channel (@classichymns8110) sung by 250 Mass Choir and small groups, in the Classic Hymns Channel (@classichymns8110) under various playlist Each year we will keep adding more as its done with lots of planning and prayer. This hymn was recorded 12 years ago ( 2012) The 250 voice Mass Choir are from various churches (Anglican / Methodist/ Syrian Church / Pentecost / and New Church choir) based in Chennai city coming together and singing as one. Having just discovered this channel, I've been listening through and I am SO delighted by the spirit and especially the pace of these superb hymns. In the years I was a church organist--now sadly long ago--it was such hard work to get the congregation moving and so many of these hymns SHOULD move, with joy and delight and wonder! But here (in Oz) so many got dropped and those remaining went to dirges instead of joy and delight and honour. I could go on but shouldn't, I guess... Thank you for these wonderful jewels and the heart and soul and the divine spark they engender! There is Love in the world. And hope for us all.
