How though? I mean yes theres obviously gonna be a weight limit to how much ot can hold. I mean i guess you could get a finger or something caught in the sprockets. I think youre just hating cause you cant build something like this simple table

So..... You don't see a lot of the videos on KZfaq??? This structure is sturdy compared to some of the videos. Everything has a weight limit. This project is something that can have add ons and improvements. If you think it is dangerous then improve it and show us how? Be nice to see how you would improve and make it safer?

i think you are right my brother cos there is no rail above the bike sprocket. its a very useful creation but its not safe at all for both goods and humans

Nice design, but think it needs more support on the cross bar where the cylinder attaches! Lifting much weight would fold that thing up like a pigs tail! Just saying

La barre du centre où appuie le cylindre va plier. Il faut mettre en renfort. Mais dans l’ensemble c’est une bonne job.

Elle est déjà légèrement cintrée sur la vidéo. Ajouter deux jambes de force ou des nervures triangulaires du côté opposé au vérin devrait résoudre le problème. Dommage qu la charge admissible (aussi bien par la structure que par le vérin) ne soit pas indiquée.

Would be nice if you showed how to remove the pawls from the bicycle freewheels. They only freewheel in one direction which would render the platform unable to lift or lower.

It is quite simple, the inside looks pretty much like a sailboat's winch. Get yourself an old freewheel, unscrew the center and you'll see 2 paddles kept in place but just a ring.

Well - it seems to be very weak, but actually, I bet the construction itself could take a load of 100kg - if(!) - yes: if the middle tube, attached to the linear actuator, would be installed in the propper/stronger direction. Anyway: Nicely made, although the gears and chains should and could be easily replaced by wheels and a U-shaped profil to get a smoother ride ;-)

Creo que calculaste muy mal el trabajo. el cilindro no parece que tenga mucho recorrido comparado con el recorrido de la mesa y ejerce mucha fuerza ,por eso se dobla el travesaño aparte que no tiene canto. Creo que seria mejor si aprovecharas las ruedecillas de un patinete. espero que la critica sea constructiva , saludos.

Dangerous design, the platform cand drop because chain system don`t hold left scissors arm. Need a bearing roller system is cheap and more safe. And for piston arm need reinforcement not only tiny rectangular pipe. Use arrow style from left corners.

Какая разница? Они всё равно декоративные, и не сопряжены жёстко(крутятся раздельно). Они не для стабилизации, а для вида, т.е. это бестолковое техническое решение. Вместо шестерён могли быть слайдеры, и конструкция была бы такая же хлипкая. Актуатор китайский, корпус алюминиевый, развалится при нагрузке, если раньше не развалится его опора, которая на 11:13 уже погнулась))) Корочи 250 полуляхов из 250.

Жаль у меня кроме старых 2-х задних колёс от велосипеда, звёздочек и цепей от 4-х мотоциклов, профильного металла 40х20х1,5, мотора для открывания ворот, аккумулятора с преобразователем и пультом управления к воротам, сварочного аппарата нет ((((( а так бы вообще за копейки подъемник то....

More stability on the adjacent of roller/sprocket movement direction. I got a similar trolley but using roller bearing instead of sprocket n chain. Thats y u see he test pushing it from sideways too.

idiocy, chains and stars are not needed, they always make rollers for the pantograph, then there will be a smooth course, but here in jerks, to do difficult things when you can do it simply and reliably is the worst quality for an engineer идиотизм, цепи и звёзды не нужны, всегда делают ролики для пантографа, тогда плавный ход будет, а тут рывками, сделать сложное когда можно сделать просто и надёжно - это худшее качество для иненера

Ахахахаха))))))))) 250 полуляхов из 250)))) 8:45 - опора актуатора ровная. 11:13 - уже гнутая)))) Видимо, между дублями пытались поднять что-то тяжелее чем бутерброд)))))
